Hi bobbins, I am unable to duplicate this problem either. I've added swatches and they work for me. I also added them to the .package you sent and that worked too.

Thanks for trying so hard, sorry to have wasted your time! I'll share the info if I figure out what's wrong with my configuration.

No problem bobbins. Perhaps give this a try with the latest version and maybe that will solve your issue. Other than that I have to say I have no idea what could be going wrong for you. The models appear to work fine for everyone else and they definitely work correctly for me.

My photoshop looks different. I have CS4 and where can I find layer of clothes to put over it and my Studio 4 Sims don't show where I could do Create Recolor. I wanted to make a dallas cowboys cheerleaders outfits, but I don't think I have the right stuff to make it.

The layers can be seen by pushing F7 if they're not showing up, or go to the "window" menu and choose "layers". Here's a good layers tutorial: As for "create recolour", I think the fourth screenshot on the tutorial is from an older version of Sims4Studio than the first screenshot. Try using the same option as the first screenshot, i.e. "create CAS standalone". It's effectively the same thing, as you can see from the option selected under "create recolour" on that fourth screenshot. Hope that helps, good luck!

How do I remove the pixelated look around the edges of the shirt texture? For example a tank top has the black squares all along the outside of the texture, otherwise the tutorial works fine for me.

Hi chrisbrisket, welcome to Studio forums. I'm not sure exactly what the appearance of the garment is so it's hard to say what could have gone wrong. If you post the .package I can take a look at it

Hi, I'm having a bit of difficulty with my transparency project. I have Sims4Studio Version 2.4.2.0, and it doesn't have the recolor option in step 7. I've tried a couple different ways to try and figure out a way to still do the same thing, but I'm a bit stumped. I tried to take a recolor I did of the base game yfTop_TubeSweetheart and tried to put another layer of a long sleeved shirt over it, similar to in the tutorial. Once I had the opacity set and saved it, I imported it onto the nude top and the long sleeved part didn't show up at all. Just the tube top. I'm not too sure what I'm doing wrong. I followed the steps exactly otherwise. Any ideas where I messed up? Below: Ultimately that was what I was trying to create, but the shirt portion doesn't come up at all, nor is anything transparent. I used the base game tube top that I recolored as the bottom layer, then I copied all of the image of the base game long sleeved polo, and pasted it onto a new layer. I tweaked it a bit, set transparency and saved it. But..it's a no go, so far.

Hi! The tutorial is great and super helpful, and I partially figured out what my problem was. I've been using Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, and no matter what I did, I simply couldn't get the layering to work. I'm not sure what the issue is program side, but I switched over to paint.net and it worked beautifully! :D

Hi princekhan, welcome to Studio forums. Which version of Studio are you using and what does the front screen look like?
