It appears that the Tag list Studio has is outdated and does not include the newer swimsuit Tag. This will be added in an upcoming version of Studio but right now without some guesswork about blank Tags that show up if you clone a swimsuit it can't yet be done from either of Studio's tabs. If your swimsuit has transparent areas you can clone a swimsuit as a full mesh and edit the bump so it's blank and swap out the RLES for the blank RLES rather than waiting for the list update. I'm sorry I don't have a better answer but I'm also glad you brought this point to attention so Studio can get the Tag list updated.

You mean to use a one piece mesh for the swimwear? I don't know how to edit the bump so it's blank? I got the swapping the RLES part.

A lot of people have been asking for a blank CAS bump lately so I just posted one in the same post that the blank RLES is posted in. To use it replace the DST image in the Warehouse with it. To get a DST image in the .package you will need to make a full clone of the item. In looking at the swimsuits it looks like most, if not all, also have a shadow image that needs to be edited as well. Alternatively, you could wait a short while for the new beta version of Studio which will go up within the next couple hours...it has the swimwear tags updated and you will be able to select them as you select any other tag. You will be able to just open the project you were working on when you discovered the swim tags were missing and categorize it as swimwear with that.

Thank you! I will test it out. Also... I made a dress from a skirt.. so naturally.. you would need to wear a top with it, or as I did, make a nude top. Can I re-categorize that as a "full body" item and eliminate the need to the top?

You can as long as you include the nude top mesh with the skirt mesh. If you don't include the nude top mesh with it the Sim's torso will disappear when they put the skirt on.

You mean if I change it to a "Full Body" item? Because as it stands right now, under the "Bottom" category.. it does show up as the full dress (with torso) but with a top over it.

Nevermind, I changed it and I see what you mean. Is there a way to make a full body item with the skintight mesh? I made a dress and I was trying to find a way I wouldn't have to do it in 2 pieces... the top half needs a skintight mesh. Right now it is just a skirt with a "naked" top.

brigidsfyre - do this it should work
Clone a short dress
Cut the top off it
Append the nude top in and join it to the bottom and merge the verts, you will have to weld them in uv too more than likely or you will have a seem
Save that and you will have a full body mesh with only the bottom half actually a mesh
You can then swap it out for any dress.

Hi razor8289, I need to get to updating this tutorial because Studio can now do categorization from the Studio tab and there is no need to do that part from the Warehouse side anymore. It will be a lot easier if you use the categorization check boxes instead. If you still have questions please post again
