My issue is happening on a brand new package with no other textures in it. I create the package, change the composition method and display index, and then add the texture but still get the same error. Even if it is a brand new package, it could help if you send it. It is only happening to me when I open a 408MB CC skin detail with very detailed HQ sized textures. I can't fix a problem if I don't have an example of the problem. drive.google.com/file/d/1eHlMLn6N19NTaelzxGrdzj4EbnArt8Fz/view?usp=sharingThe file was created in a new version and it has the same error. I recreated my old file to show an example of the error. Apologies for the late response, I'm currently on vacation and was driving. In the link, I have the .package file, all of the textures, and a Google Doc with the two error messages I got while trying to upload the 6 textures. If I remember correctly, the 1st one returned the second message once, 2nd one returned the first error message once, then the 5th and 6th ones returned the second error message a few times. My memory never went above 40-50% usage and I have ran one of those Windows Diagnostic tests and it didn't find an issue with my memory. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1tMiIcuNfaQb8d1TIIjdgJDwl6u4hpS95?usp=sharing

I'm having the same problem when trying to recolor some eyebrows made by Ikari Sims. I downloaded her Jenna eyebrows from this post: ikari-sims.tumblr.com/post/662697005824573440/in-your-eyes-mini-set-hey-there-just-a-smol-set and when I opened them in S4S to export the base textures I needed for the recolor I had the same error. Also the base textures exported as very large files, much larger than normal. Usually it's like 43 MB but this time it was 320 MB? I hope I'm making sense. Please let me know if you need any more information or if there's any way I can help.

I just wanted to add to this that I’m still having the issue with importing textures, but now the program is running incredibly slowly, even when it’s the only program running on my PC. It can take up to 30 seconds to click onto another swatch, and changing the swatch colors is also very slow.

The new version of Studio should fix the out of memory error and the slowness with the swatches. Thank you to everyone that provided error reports and files.

The package in question is a face mask cc package which has 5 swatches and textures of 2048x4096

Hi S4Player, I included a change in today's new versino that fixed this for me when I batch exported the package that you provided. Let me know if you still have this problem.

I came back to check for a permanent resolution to this issue given that the issue seemed to have been resolved before, but has started again. Swatches won't import due to an "insufficient memory" error. It's not for all CC, it seems to be pretty random. Sometimes it can be a downloaded CC package file from another creator, but when you try to edit the swatches or import new ones this "insufficient memory" error occurs. Sometimes it happens when creating a brand new package, everything seems fine until trying to import the first swatch or any additional swatches. The error occurs again. Is there a way to fix this/prevent this from happening? Thanks!
