Nothing like Toxic Fun outside the whole day, when it's cold....time to update the old resume' soon. That's ashame that they already flew away. But maybe there will be more in a few days as they're now migrating. You're living in Germany right? As I know there are a lot of common cranes now that are migrating to the south and rest with thousands of them in a couple of places in Germany. There're also coming to The East of The Netherlands where I live and hope to see them this or next month somewhere close to where I live. If I do, I will place some pictures right here. OR maybe I will drive to Germany with a friend to spot some.. AsyliI totally missed your photos! Just saw them, they are awesome! It's always a miracle how such a young deer knows that he just has to remain calm in a situation like that. Now you were no danger for him of course, but he didn't know :P Those baby birds are cool too. There are such strange places where some birds make there nests. I ones saw one in a BBQ And your racoon looks really cute!

Not from my country, but these photos are from a holiday I took to Venice about 7 years ago. This pigeon is coming along for a ride. It actually stayed up there for a few minutes, chirping away and pecking at my face. And then it's friends decided to join in on the fun. None on them pooped on me either, so that's a bonus!

Bakie very nice photos and the landscape very beautiful. :)The Bisons live free ? munterbaconsims the bird whisperer nice pictures No, there's a big fence around it, but it's a very large area. You can walk in between them. Alhtough you have to keep 50 metres away from them.. You can findmore information about it if you're interested here: www.wisenten.nl/en

Oh my god Bakie, you got bisons in The Netherlands?! I never knew that, that's so cool. Just a question; I dont have any pictures of the typical animals of Sweden, because well... Either they are dangerous or super shy. Is it really strict that it's pics from our own country, or is it ok to post pics I've taken when I've been in another country?

Then put yourself in danger to get the most awesome photos! No I'm kidding On page 2 of this topic, I also placed a video of humpback whales I filmed in Greenland, so of course your aloud to place some photos of animals you made on a holiday too. The only thing I will not aloud is just placing random pictures from the internet of animals in this topic, that's to easy! I'm very curious what animals you're going to show us here! Ow, and about the bisons. There are a lot of people in The Netherlands too who don't know this either. But it's really cool they're back after ages, as they lived here before ones many, many years ago.

I'm sorry people but this will be a long post, lol. So these are pics from when i were in Kenya back in January.... 2009?! Oh my god, such a long time ago! *lays down and cries* Anyways.... the pics were huge so I resized them so they would be a bit smaller and wouldent make this page way too long. Hopefully the details havent gone lost in the resizing, and oh, I must warn ya, these were taken with my shitty camera, because I was stupid enough to buy a good camera a year AFTER being on the coolest adventure of my horrible life, so yeah. This crappy quality will have to do. First we went camping in a park where Hippos lived by the water in it, and they would often come up the water and watch us. Wierdly enough, I sat eating dinner one night with a hippo like a few meters away from me, but never took a picture. *I hate myself* However, there were some cheeky monkeys living there aswell, and I got some pics of them when they stole my friends bread. Bakie tells me these are green monkeys - but they will always be cheeky monkeys to me! We went to visit a baby elephant orphanage way on the country side of Nairobi.Aswell as raising those cute elephant babies, they had recently recived a very rare white rhino baby - but unfortantly I just read it had died 3 months after we were there. Apparently there is only 4 white rhinos left in the world now. They also had two skinny Pumbas! And as we were leaving Sheldricks the big angry rhino (they had warned us about earlier) had broken loose, and walked past me like four meters away from me.Everyone else paniced but I (who were at the front) stood there calmly (and took a pic) and he just passed on by my without reacting. We also visited a cool place called Kitengela Glass (in the middle of nowhere) and they had two Ninja Turtles. Some pictures from our safari at The Maasai Mara National ReserveElephants!!!My absolut favourite pic from the whole trip!!!LIONS!!! Two sisters - just chillingOne of the sisters came and posed for pictures.Animal butts are like the cutest ever!!The only male lion we saw during our 3 days there and like 10 seconds after I took this pic...Well... Let's say we saw the conception of another lion.Zome ZebrazGiraffsA Cheetah mama who got tired of her two babys playing around when she wanted them to walk with her!Charles - The Serious Hyena who never laughs and works in an office.Straight chillin'A golden jackal and a secretarybird aswell as suburb starlings, according to our bird expert BakieStuffA Thompson Gazelle being all cute and posing for the cameraWater BuffalosA vulture in the tree - No future Lion King in sight. And just for you, you bird lover, Bakie , some grey crowned cranes, according to yourself

Lol, these we saw in Kenya too and after about a week we finally managed to get the courage to ask our driver what they were and he laughed and said "Its cows, you dont have any cows in Sweden?" My god, were we embarrsed, but in our defence, we only saw them from the car aswell as our cows here in Sweden are super fat, lol. And also, this is an added bonus. It may not be an actual real animal, but we found this awesome zebra at a museeum in Kenya.
