i have no idea if this is even something studio can fix but when my sims are in sauna or massage table out fit the hair that goes on my sim is not the hair i apply to ANY of his regular 20 outfits. i was wondering if it is because the hair showing up is a default set to nude or something so maybe a batch fix to make hairs to NOT be default to nude so it forces it to use the hair in the outfit slot? i cant figure out any other reason it would use a hair on the sim i didnt put on it. usually when they use the sauna or massage table they use the hair on outfit slot one but its not doing that for several of mine

Hello, To add Kijiko pose helper rig in the choices of rigs when exporting to create poses. That would allow modifying existing poses using the constraint she created. The import back already works (just couple additional things to do with the locrot and select the rig when saving).

Hi Spirashun, that makes sense and I've added it to the list. Hi GeometricSims, the forums used to have a public chat but it wasn't really used so we took it down. Keeping it open meant that someone from the staff had to be watching it at all times and the traffic did not warrant that. Hi kamyk2000, swatch reordering is on the list of features that Studio will add at some point. Hi slena and Oddy, the ability to merge .packages is definitely on the list of features to add to Studio's Mac version. Hi corory, welcome to Studio forums. That is on the list Hi sammoyke, if you send a hair that works as expected and one that is not doing what's wanted the issue can be investigated. Hi Zelrish, the issue with doing that is the pose helper rig is made with IK constraints and a clip file contains frame data for bones and for EA's own IK. What this means is that if you try to play an existing clip on that rig the only part that will actually move is the face (which isn't constrained by IK). The rest of the bones are held in place by the IK constraints unless you go through and turn the influence for each bone constraint down to 0. Of course turning the constraint down to zero means the controller has been turned off and is no longer useful for making your new pose. One way to think of it is that playing a clip with the controllers on is essentially like trying to pose the helper rig without using the controllers. Hi rokmann77, welcome to Studio forums. New features will be added to the Mac version as time allows. In the meantime, if you want the features that the Windows version has, people have had success running the Windows version using Parallels and Bootcamp. The Windows version of Studio was coded in part on a Bootcamped Mac

Hi magicalplatyp , This thread is more if you got any suggestions for future version of The Sims 4 Studio itself. You're kind of questions can be asked in the Modding Request section of this forum. There are many skilled modders on this forum who can maybe help you get the mod you want. Although I think this one will be kind of difficult, but you never know. The purpose is that you won't see a wall, but Sims can't walk through I suppose? It can be possibly done with a window I think, only not by me. Hi bbbcccaaa , You can place these kind of question into the Sims Chat Section of this forum. I know this is possible as I remember someone explaining how to do this here on the forum, but I can't find the topic at the moment. Maye someone in that forum section knows where to find it.

I want to suggest to make it able to add slots to World Objects too. At this moment it isn't possible as there are no Rig and Slot resources in those files. The Rig/Slot tab in de Studio tab is also missing because of that. There are work arounds, but it isn't always easy.

I don't know if this is possible or if it has been mentioned before, but it would help to be able to upload several DDS files automatically (like point to a folder where the new DDS files are stored and batch import them into swatches). Perhaps also auto-detecting colors to classify them by color as well (in CAS tags and swatches)?

Please please please, can something be done to add stairs, freezes and fences to studio? The product is already quite awesome but I so wish to have the ability to recolour and even create my own stairs.

This is more of an advanced suggestion, but it would be awesome to have a 'find and replace' feature for warehouse resources. For instance, if i want to replace the instance number for a dirty texture, i could input the original instance into the popup and then state what to replace it with. Also would ideally work when you want to replace part of an instance number. I do a lot of catalogue swatch ordering for items costing the same price by editing the first few digits of the object catalogue and definition resources. This probably isn't going to be used by many, but it would definitely save digging into the model info to edit the resources and tediously changing instances a lot of the time.

Ok I am loving the new beta version. I find that having the swatches numbered is really helpful especially when doing paintings. I use the S4S Painting mesh (resized) I make my png files for each set ahead of time and save them as 1,2,3,... so now when I go to S4S to import them it makes it much easier to keep track of my progress.
I really like the new image upload for the swatches but it would really speed things up if the import image for the swatches was the default instead of the color option. Or even if whatever option we have selected for the initial swatch would carry over to the next swatch that we add.

The Sims 4 Studio is getting better and better! But I still got some wishes. On of them is to be able to make a standard Object description that will already be there after the desired object is made into a package file. For example the standard text:
-- OBJECT NAME -- DESCRIPTION -- Made by *** -- -- For more info visit **** --
So you know for sure that all your object descriptions will look quite the same and you can work a bit faster.
