Custom Content will not show up.

Hello, this is my first time posting on here. I own a torrent version of The Sims 4, which I downloaded from The Pirate Bay sometime during the last week of November. I downloaded few mods from MTS, such as this tunic, this two-parter "Hair Equality for Children" mod, and a few skirts for boys because I like having my male children having a diverse wardrobe; I also included the "No Intro" mod for convenience. When I started the game, a menu occurred on the screen, informing me that all of the mods in the Mods Folder were installed into the game, but as I initiated "Create-A-Sim", none of custom content was present. The only mod which actually worked was the "No Intro" mod. I have no idea why none of the others will work, and I have been searching for the web trying to find the solution for nearly two months. Any feedback related to fixing this problem will be appreciated.
