see that small box up at the top of your screen that say "3d veiw" Click on that an go back to "default"  |

wiht your pose did you happen to rotate it in to tha position with the R button, by click on the Forearm joint. to move the other arm.

 this what I ment but You click on that joint and then press R to rotate the arm that way as well. |

I have two set on mine atm due to thfact this one of my rigs i'm working on at the moment.
but if yo uhave the whole right hightligthed and use r it rotate the entire rig.
if it the key frames in place you need to take those off.
and if you have read the guide here written by OM it might have some helpful info if you haven't read it yet, here for you as well.

what part are you confused on it For me it says to use the R button but no matter what I do, all I can do is move the body with the R button.. No matter, what I can't get to the oppiste hand at all. I have tried everything.. and it doesn't help that's there's conflicting information on here as well-this tells me to make poses, I HAVE to use "Bones_root_bind" but that thread says the oppiste. |

ok is there way you post your blender flie for me to look in to so I can see what You doing in your blend file so see if I can find the problen in there for ya if you don't mind.
