Hi madamelee , I found one problem so far. The package you are using is for a child pose (if the name is accurate) Celoptra_c2o_seated_posture_x.package, i.e. "c2o" stands for "child to object". I'm looking at your Tied Up.blend file now. I'll update this post again when I have more info. I just realized I am making the assumption that you want to put Tied Up.blend into Celoptra_c2o_seated_posture_x.package. I will export the animation from the package to check. Confirmed. Your package has an adult female animation in it, (Tied Up.blend) but the package is designed to use with a child. I created a package using this override animation exported as the base: fufu508_a2o_chairDining_getIn_seated_x.package, and exported the blend file from it as a2o_chairDining_getInOut.blend (note that fufu508_a2o_chairDining_getOut_seated_x.package seems to use the same animation, at least the resulting exported .blend file has the same name) In blender, I made several changes such as positioning the arms and reversing the sit down animation to use to get up again. I also slowed the animation down by 1.5 (scale up the keyframes in dope sheet view). I unfortunately don't have time to explain it in detail currently but please feel free to explore the new .blend file and package. a2o_chairDining_getInOut01.blendfufu508-seated-test.package
Hi sweetsorrowsims , yunanesca , adding you to this post in case you want to look at the files too.

yunanesca thank you for the tutorial! I haven't tried with poses yet, they seem really hard to me, but that tip is great

Mathcope it not to hard once you get the hang of it it fairly really simple I basical did the tutorial in basic simple fashion so beginners can understand visially :)on what orangemittens was talking about in appending a another model or an object in her written guide in to blender cause we get alot of those who like to jumpin ahead few steps in poseing before learning ther basic of poseing. the video it self is un edited it was in real time.

fufu508 didn't realize that c20 was for child..so what would have been the adult one? I had tried previously with "a2a Getting in" and that didn't work either.

Its no big deal since I decided I didn't need it anymore anyway, (I need to start with a simpler pose anyway for me to fiddle around with Blender in the first)

Ok but if you still like to see it , for you to find your pose ingame This pose that Fufu has linked is a pose pack pose so You would Left Click on your sim and this box will show up Fig. A Fig.A Fig.B big will pop up after A. an then look for this box and click it an your pose should go in to place.

Hi kaesimmer , did you start in Sims 4 Studio with an override or pose pack? Pose pack clips include the suppress lip sync event, but overrdide clips may not have that event, i.e some do, others don't.
