As I click to make an animation after installing everything, s4s shows a message that it didn't found blender in the sistem even if I uninstall it and install again. I don't know what else I can do to fix this...

Hello, I have a question about Blender that I was hoping you could answer? For the most part I've got pose making down but for some reason the elbows on my rig always lock up and they're near impossible to move. Sometimes they'll fix themselves if I mess with something else for awhile but sometimes they won't. Right now I've got a pose almost entirely done except for the pesky straight arm because I can't bend the elbow! Do you know what's going on or how to fix it?

egberts Hi and welcome to the studio, Hi I'm yuna and I thing what might be happening is that your clicking on the b_r_elbow_ joint. this join won't move the forearm the bone you need to move the lower part of the arm. but the joint you need is the B_R_Forearm_ is same joint area so all you need to do is re click on the elbow join to get this as I show in the picture below to show what your looking for. I do hope this helps.

Welcome to the Studio forums tats, the new Vogue edition of Studio introduced the ability to make poses and animations. This is the link: Hi there, I'm a complete novice with all this stuff so bear with me. I downloaded the version of sims 4 studio on my iMac yesterday and when it loads, the screen is different from the on in your tutorial. What have I done wrong?

desirebycora, you need to upload your .blend somewhere and share the link. You can use dropbox, onedrive to upload your files.

With the creation of the posture itself, I'm a little familiar, but what packages vibiraet that would work in the player posture? I'm interested in one particular and I myself could not find, so I write to you in the hope that tell me! So I'm interested in the pose that is the second in the player poses in the gallery. Thank you

hey, guess what, have a problem......... i try to create a pose with an adult female sim and a toddler, where the female sim rocks the toddler like a baby. but every time i save, the toddler is on the bottom, not in the arms from the female sim. is there a solution? (sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language and it's getting late haha..... but i hope you understand my issue)

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have a question about positioning sims in blender when making poses. I want to make a kneeling pose for my sim, I moved the sim to the 'floor' in blender, but when I play the pose in the game they are kneeling in the air? Is anyone able to give me some more clarification on how to make the sim stay on the floor? lol

fine1456 Hi fine could you tell me what your looking for I'm not quiet sure I understand what your looking for. lesliexsims Hi leslie and welcome to studio's sorry for not responding soon I'm able get back here now. It's sound like your not locrot the toddler in place. but I would need you to post your blend file package here so I could take a look at it so I could help direction in fixing the issue. ~Sincerely, yunie~ whohortzHI whohortz and welcome to the studio are you just wanting to make gallery pose's?. And it for a singal sim and it has a list of diffrent poses that it changes to. am I right?. ~Sincerely, yunie~ lradf3 HI and welcome to the studio sorry for late reply and It sounds like you have not locRoc the whole pose in place so it dosen't move once posed into place. Setting a Keyframe - Setting a keyframe is what saves the changes you've made to the model's position. After you've created your first pose position click the "A" key on your keyboard. If you don't see all the joints turn bright blue then click the "A" key again. The "A" key selects all joints if no joint is already selected. If a joint or joints are selected then click a will deselect them all. This is why, if you have a joint selected, clicking the "A" key doesn't cause all the joints to turn bright blue. All you need to do is just click the "A" key again. - Once the joints are all bright blue click the "i" key on your keyboard and select LocRot from the menu. This stands for Location and Rotation and it saves the location and rotation for all the selected joints. That is it sets the Keyframe for each selected joint. This qouted by orangemitten on the First page of this thread . ~Sincerely, yunie~

Hey guys, um... I know, everyone keeps saying this but I am also a newbie and need a little help. I have tried looking for this information elsewhere but nothing I've read helps at all. How to I mirror a pose? I have an awful lot of problems with mirroring things in general (looks so easy in Blender! doesn't work at all in-game!) but for this specific scene in a story I have decided it would be easier to mirror the pose than mirror literally everything else. So I mirrored it in Blender (in Object mode, using the Mirror function, around the X axis. Looks great! However, when I import it and create a .package file and then drop that into my Mods folder, while it shows up in-game in my Pose by package list, it looks no different from the pose I started out from. Literally no difference. Not mirrored at all. So I guess while it shows up in Blender correctly, there must be some setting or some quirk of the object description I need to change for it to show up correctly in-game as well. What else do I need to change?

morietris HI moriestris and welcome to the s4s studio. so you've mirrored your pose, might I ask if you have you put any keyframes into place after this in pose mode. ?
