elsuify1 and welcome to the studio, what error message are you getting and in what program exactly blender or s4s studio? and your zoom poses what are you referring to on which one. like the one you see in the gallery, or in game.

elsuify1 I did get to read your post before it moved you wanted to learn how to make zoomed-in gallery poses. I'd be glad to help you when you get your error fixed.

So I have a problem after working so hard on getting all the poses right, I can't import them into the package at all. I did everything step by step and it doesn't detect the blend package. I tried writing it into the search bar and importing it that way but I got an error message:
The Sims 4 Studio - Version 3.1.0.8 System.AggregateException: Er zijn één of meer fouten opgetreden. ---> System.ArgumentException: Ongeldige parameter. bij System.Drawing.Image.FromStream(Stream stream, Boolean useEmbeddedColorManagement, Boolean validateImageData) bij System.Drawing.Image.FromStream(Stream stream) bij S4Studio.Images.WindowsBitmap.LoadStream(Stream s) bij S4Studio.TC.ConvertData(String src_ext, String dest_ext, Byte[] convert_d, Boolean requiresAlpha) bij S4Studio.TC.ConvertData(String filename, String dest_ext, Boolean requiresAlpha) bij S4Studio.WindowExtensions.<>c__DisplayClass3_0.<GetDDS>b__0() bij System.Threading.Tasks.Task.InnerInvoke() bij System.Threading.Tasks.Task.Execute() --- Einde van intern uitzonderingsstackpad --- ---> (Interne uitzondering #0) System.ArgumentException: Ongeldige parameter. bij System.Drawing.Image.FromStream(Stream stream, Boolean useEmbeddedColorManagement, Boolean validateImageData) bij System.Drawing.Image.FromStream(Stream stream) bij S4Studio.Images.WindowsBitmap.LoadStream(Stream s) bij S4Studio.TC.ConvertData(String src_ext, String dest_ext, Byte[] convert_d, Boolean requiresAlpha) bij S4Studio.TC.ConvertData(String filename, String dest_ext, Boolean requiresAlpha) bij S4Studio.WindowExtensions.<>c__DisplayClass3_0.<GetDDS>b__0() bij System.Threading.Tasks.Task.InnerInvoke() bij System.Threading.Tasks.Task.Execute()<---

morietris HI moriestris and welcome to the s4s studio. so you've mirrored your pose, might I ask if you have you put any keyframes into place after this in pose mode. ? Yeah, or so I thought, according to several tutorials I did that correctly, even! I fiddled with Blender for a little while, so I'm sharing what I found, maybe other people find it enlightening: if you flip a pose in Object mode, no matter if you put keyframes into place, the joint positions will register as referring to the opposite joint still! So like, from your POW what used to be the, say, left shoulder should now be the right shoulder. But obviously it doesn't get renamed so the game still treats it as the left shoulder (or so says my own logic, might be wrong though). So that won't work. What I did was open a new file, copy every single one of the joint positions (yaknow, those coordinates on the W, X, Y and Z axes), and make sure you reverse the polarity of the rotation of everything on the X and Y axes, but leave W and Z alone (so - 0.0069 rotation on the X axis becomes 0.0069 and vice versa). So basically you copy-paste around a hundred little numbers from one file to the other. Took me like an hour but it works now. I'm pretty sure there is a simpler and quicker way but since this was pretty much the very first time I ever set eyes on Blender this is what I came up with. Hopefully someone can use this and improve upon my workflow, haha :D

Well, I'm Gald you got it working morietris and I did test your idea of a flip on x-axis it seems to work well the test pose seem to come out quite well for me. but I did all mine in object mode and pose mode before I set any keyframes. and yes there is the as easier way I will go back make a picture guide on how I got mine, from testing and I'll link it here for ya. ~Sincerely, yunie~

morietris Here the easier way to flip pose sorry I had a few thing to get through but I got this written for ya hopefully this will be much easier for you. Flipping poses in blender. So I'm going to show ya how I did reverse pose. First create you an pose or pull one up you have already. Next save this file after posing. then turn this in to object mode, then Next to the "Object mode" is a button that says "Object" click on this and it will bring up a menu in that menu you look for "Mirror". scroll over this and this should bring up another small window "Interactive Mirror" list Mirror x,y,z select Mirror x and then press enter and there you have your pose in reverse. and from here your going to want to turn you pose from Object mode to "Pose Mode" and set Keyframes. and save and import. Sincerely, Yuna
