Thank you, sweetsorrowsims this was a very good tutorial. I have managed to do one successfully, and I will definitely keep this tutorial close by for when I'm confident enough to do group poses. Unfortunately it doesn't help me with my immediate problem of the rig being black and white. Do you know why it is B & W and not colour as is should be? |

This is the picture of what comes up once I've gone into Animation (clips), named and saved then exported into blender. After exporting, the blender file comes up then I click that and blender opens but only with a black and white rig. The picture is below. If you want me to take a shot with the options around it let me know. Perhaps I've missed out a step somewhere. This is what I did 1. opened animation/clip pack 2. named it in both as a pose pack and in clips 3. exported it and it comes up in a new window as a blender file. 4. clicked that 5. then it opens up to the b & W image below instead of the texture/colour version as it should I made sure rig was highlighted on the right side I made s ure that pose mode was on I made sure that the texture box next door showed texture. I can't think of what else I haven't done.  |

jendowoz0612 I am unsure why your rig is white,would you mind sending me the file? Seems your doing everything right, if you wanted to try and click create new instead of export, in studio..unless you are using the clips, which i think you are.

Where is that option in Studio to create new?You You can upload it to either dropbox, simfileshare, mediafire, etc. Copy the link and then, type a word like "Download", highlight it. Press the icon that looks like a world with a paper next to it, and paste your link. |

Sorry I feel really stupid here, sweetsorrowsims . Do I need those programs like simfileshare etc. downloaded in my files. I download other people's things using them all the time but to upload, I haven't done much of that except images etc. Yes I know how to create a link, in these boxes. What is it that I need to link you to? I have been using a male and female rig that a friend emailed to me, and they are working well, but if I do a new one from scratch in s4s it seems to go white every time. |

Choose any of the programs you want, if you us simfileshare great, just upload your .blend file and then copy the link and send it to me here. I can download it it and see what the problem is. |

Do I need to have download one of those uploading programs in order to upload to you is what I was asking? Sorry if I didn't make that clear. I would rather just send the blender file to you via email and attach it that way if I can. Can you PM me your email and then I can send it to you. I will delete your email as soon as I'm done if you are uncomfortable about that.

it's actually really easy to use these websites to upload your files and then share them with us. you have to create an account at one of them and then follow the instructions on uploading files

Just letting everyone know the problem is solved, thanks. I re-installed blender and upgraded to the latest S4S for Jungle Adventure and things are fine again, thank everyone for their support, especially sweetsorrowsims , thank you so much for your patience and help trying to solve this issue.  |

thanks for this tutorial but is is updated? I have the latest version of S4s (wishes) and these paths, buttons or windows you speak of don't appear =/ On another note, what version of blender should one use for wishes? Because I've tried 70 and 76 and I can't get it to work...  thanks! |

llamadramasims Blender 2.70 works with S4S no matter the version. Other versions of blender won't work with S4S.
