So i have an issue. no idea WHY it happens BUT!. on some faces it looks fine and other it looks disorted? EDIT : So i found that -- when i change the size of the head i can scale it so it fits the head. which means THAT THE SLIDER DON'T WORK with the mesh. any way to fix this? |

Did you do vertex paint and uv_1? Without blend and package files it's unclear what is going on with your mask.

hi! Hats have sliders by default without the need of creating an uv_1. is this mask set to hat?

i would do a new package cloning a hat as a base and importing the mesh. you'll have to check the cut numbers for that mesh and match it. since glasses have more than 1 group. scratch that, try the latter.
Or you'll have to change all the categories (both 2) of each cas part on the warehouse to hat.

AND THANKS FOR THAT. but now the other issue is hair. it dissapears? any way to fix that?  |

What did you end up doing? did you re clone a hat? Try changing only one of the cas part categories and leaving the other like it used to. I'm sorry i always get mixed up which one of the two controls what.

I'm sorry i always get mixed up which one of the two controls what. i just created a new mesh and made it for hat. the sliders work Pefectly fine although hair dissapears whem i pu ti ton |

To enable hair on a hat, you need to find Region Map in Warehouse, click Entries, then change whatever it's set in RegionType (ex. "HairHatB") to "Base".

That's why i crossed out using a hat as a base. You have to use your original package and change the body type to hat on the casparts on the warehouse.
