Hi pinky6. What kind of element are you talking about, can you show a picture? It really depends. If you want to create a shadow from coat or jacket I would recommend this tutorial from SLYD, it shows how to bake the shadow in Blender. It may or may not work in your case, everything depends. Or you can simply create a drop shadow in photoshop or another program.

It should no longer be necessary to go through all those steps prior to baking a CAS mesh if you're using a CAS item you exported to Blender using Studio. As long as there is am S4 studio mesh group present the bake should be set up automatically as it is for objects. If instead of baking the topic is the shadow image (as opposed to the diffuse, bump, and spec images), there is a tutorial by MisterS HERE and another by Untraditionalnerd HERE that go over how to edit or make a CAS shadow image.
