I am not an expert on the topic, but when this happened to me, it's because I skipped over the weight transfer in 2.70 and did it in blender 2.78. It probably isn't showing up because you possibly missed a step along the way. Hope this helps

it may be because you have incorrect cuts. look at this tutorial for more information on that subject.

I fixed that but i have another problem. When I select something from vertex groups e.g "b_L_UpperArm_" appears under the clothesAnd because of this the clothing in the game looks like this

this is because you didn't transfer the weights to your shirt. look at this tutorial on how to do a weight transfer.

Hi thank you for the tutorial I've followed the steps but when I loaded my cc in my game it leaves out the armpit area when the sim moves I tried to find the problem and noticed that after I transferred the weights it leaves out the armpit area I'm new to this so I can't really figure out how to solve this :( or did I do something wrong? D:

Hello, I got two issues after doing and re-re-re-doing this tutorial. First my baked shadow always looks weird. Either, like at the end of this tutorial, my shadow is completely black, either it's weird like the black and grey parts aren't blending together (the shadow doesn't look smooth at all it looks like I painted it myself). Here's a screenshot: My second problem is that at the beginning of the tutorial when exporting the MD mesh, it says "Don't worry about your mesh not appearing "thick" . . . I will show you how to fix that later" But after doing the whole tutorial my mesh is still thin and there are ugly parts like parts of the collar being transparent in some views, the sleeves too, etc. Does anyone know how to fix this easily? or do I have to edit the mesh myself (which is quite hard with a MD mesh...)
