I'm super sorry. I'm not sure who will see this reply but it was worth a shot. I'm having some trouble with the Data Transfer step. My reference mesh doesn't come up when I select my source object. Did I do something wrong? Is it my mesh? Thanks to whoever replies.

Make sure to provide your .package and .blend files as well as explaining a little further the issue.

Hi, im no expert but it looks like you need to join the body mesh with the md mesh So click on the white t shirt layer, then hold shift and click white t shirt.001 and click join the join button is over here on the tool bar if you dont see this press 't' on your keyboard Then you'll have to assign cuts so follow the picture below and change where it says 'NONE' to "GEOM" and write 0000 below then you should be able to follow the vertex paint step and import your mesh into sims 4 studio. make sure you're placing your new mesh on the nude body top or bra top.

Locate your "bakedtexture.png" and import it as the diffuse. Something weird happened with mine so its very dark, but it should look like this: Hello!, thanks for this tutorial (sorry, I use the translator) I arrived at the last step my bakedtexture.png it does not fit the mesh. the color is dark as in your image, but does not fit the mesh . (it is positioned badly with respect to the mesh) please what am I wrong? thanks, I hope in your help

hope17 If the texture doesn't fit your mesh it's because your UV and your texture image are not matching. Have you exported the uv layout from Blender as an image to have as a reference to paint your textures?. You can open a thread in the Creators Help section sharing your files and someone can take a look at it.

Hello everyone I'm Sonia My problem is some part of clothes missing when Sims moving in game as you can see in this picture. I tried to find a solution but still didn't find it. Please anyone can tell me how to solve this problem? thank you. blender file is here ==>> drive.google.com/file/d/1PMGq2LhlyfDMwL9AHd6KwgbC9ME4KRsb/view?usp=sharingyour mesh needs to be in quads when you uv map...maybe try redoing that and your weights to the leg of the avatar so it will flow with the leg when walking ...adjust your mesh

sonia08, you have to either fill the hole or make the dress double sided. You either select the edges and extrude them to fill the hole EA-style orSelect the whole dress, duplicate the vertices and then flip the normals direction (left side menu > shading / UVs > normals > flip direction). This will give your dress a backside but will double the polycount. Also for future questions, I recommend asking for help in the creators-help section as more people will see it there, rather than in this thread.

Hello ..jwofles I'm so sorry to bother you again. Thank you so much for good advice. I did as you suggested and finally the back of mesh it does appear. ((Select the whole dress, duplicate the vertices and then flip the normals direction (left side menu > shading / UVs > normals > flip direction).)) but I've got a problem when I imported the mesh into S4S the wired line appear on some part of clothes. i'm trying to find the way out ,but still the same. Maybe I forgot to do some step. Please ... Thank you.
