Hi, so i've been working on converting the lipstick debug item to an accessory everything worked fine, I got the uv maps and the textures in the right place and so on .......... that is until i put it into the game and then i get this . I dont know what i've done wrong here and any guidance will be much appreciated :D

Its a weight issue, you will need to upload and link your package for someone to see what is wrong

Ah, okay ill take another look to see if i can fix it myself and if not ill be uploading it for some more indepth help. Ps thanks for moving the thread, for some some reason i couldnt find this portion of the website yesterday.

You need to weight the accessory to the hand. There is a tutorial in the CAS/Pose section HERE showing how to do that.

Thanks alot both of you i actually just checked my weights and you were right MisterS it was still weight to the transform bone once i got rid of that it worked perfectly in game! ill have to save that tutorial orangemittens somehow i ended up doing that while i was following the other tutorial i don't know how lmao but it moves with the hand and etc. it clips with her finger which is what i wanted for the animations i have in mind to make with this :D
