Hi there,
I just downloaded Sims 4 Studio 2.5.0.7 Joy but when i go to open it up i have to put some files or something into a folder. However, no matter where i put these files a pop up says 'No game file path is configured'. What does this mean and where do i put the files?
Thank You:)

Hi taraab, Welcome to the Studio forums You need to tell Sims 4 Studio where your game is installed. For most people that is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 You shouldn't need to move any files anywhere, but you need to tell Sims 4 Studio where you have your game installed.

Hi! I've been having the same problem - only, my game ISN'T in /origin games/... it's in C:\Preload\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin however, when i tell the program that's where my game is, it says that's not a valid game path??
what should i do?

Hi, sorry but I can't see the other linked topic, I have the same problem. I didn't install the game through origin but with the cd so my folder origin games is empty. I can't find the game path: i tried left click on the icon on desktop and its path but it does not work, tried with douments but the same. my game not in C but in D/games/the sims4, but it doesn't work.." no valid game path"
I tried with other topics but it doesn't work

Hi summeryong,
Studio is going to the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
and then it is checking the sub folder: \Game\Bin
there it is looking for a file called: Default.ini
Can you make sure that you have that file? If you do not, please try running the repair game option in Origin.

Nothing is working I press My documents and then tell them my game is in electronic arts and sometimes I also press sims 4. If I do or don't it doesn't work
