Hello everyone! I want to make this blond man's hairstyle available for sims 4: I made some progress in blender using ea mesh and curves. But I want the final shape to look exactly like this: Please can anyone tell me how to adjust the curves or sent me a tutorial? Surely, in my blender file it is not exactly as I wanted. Please can anyone help me? I really don't know how to fix it. Here is my blender file: files.fm/u/tazcst3zf#/view/7vwg8ywm5

This is mesh, not curves. You can delete the thin strands you do not need by selecting one face, pressing Ctrl L, then Delete - Faces You can adjust the shape of the mesh with proportional editing. I explained in a hat chop tutorial how to do that

I want to redone the mesh from the start but I don't know how to adjust the curves. I tried but it is altering. Please can you show how I must adjust the curves with a photo or a tutorial? It is difficult to make short hair with curves...

i am not sure what you mean. You cannot adjust the shape of the strands with the curve because they are the mesh, not extruded curves. your only way of doing it is with proportional editing

There are a lot of videos on making hair in Blender. I think you're going to have watch some of them if you want to learn.

Hello again mauvemorn. I tried as a start with propotional editing to correct this side to look like as the comic's: but the other side of hairstyle is this in comic: and mine is this: shall I lower this side with propotional editing or making bigger bangs? I'm not sure which option will look better in 3d version. (That's why I didn't convert the bangs yet.) Please can you tell me your opinion? Probably raise the back of the head, try both and see what you like more

Hello again mauve morn. I tried to make the changes. I move one side of hairstyle and I try to lower the other. But I have an issue: I want to move the parting of the hair closer to the bangs. How can I correct this? Every time I tried either with propotional editing, either combining parts the mesh alters. Please can you help me? I have no idea how to fix this. I took a look at your file and I'm wondering if you'd have more success if you added some new planes to the back of the head and positioned them, UV unwrapped them, then placed them on the texture where they'd look good. Something like this, for example. I didn't do a good job in this example but I just wanted to give you a general idea of what I mean. Doing something like this is just a suggestion. There may a better way to fix your problem than this.

There is no need to remodel anything. What exactly is the issue? Do you want to move only one half of the mesh? Select a few strands, Ctrl L, choose UVs, then press H to hide, move the other side, unhide everything with Alt H

I want to make this comic hairstyle available for sims 4 but I don't know how to adjust exactly the shape ( believe that I made many mistakes with curves and hair mesh). I tried to make the mesh with propotional editing (I think some areas are good but some other need to correct). Please tell me your opinion or what mistakes I must correct now. Here is my last progress: files.fm/u/6m2dy43fb#/view/gmyy6hvtp
