After the lighting changes of late I started keeping my lighting settings on Medium instead of Low, and I have noticed a really irritating problem, my floors get a purpley pink streaky appearance to them depending on the angle they are being viewed from. On the left is the regular appearance, but on the right is the same floor from a different angle. i figured it might be too shiny, so I went into the material definitions and cut the shiny setting in half and noticed absolutely no difference in the appearance. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Posting a re-texture of the cherry blossom tree. The tree comes in 36 different recolors, with a completely new texture. I love the aesthetic of Sims 4 but have felt really disappointed by some trees being under detailed. I love cherry blossom trees and decided to add more detail to the trees themselves. The purple blob texture has been replaced with around 200 individual flowers, the branches and the tree have been re-colored and re-re-textured to match each other (prior the branches were almost black while the trunk was a really light wood color). I hope you all enjoy this re-texture. The branches now use this texture:

I really loved the spa day perfect horizontal mosaic when I saw it, the only thing I didn’t love was the limited color selection. So here is a selection of 16 new, vibrant, and beautiful colors.
I will also be doing a series of darker colors later.

This is my newest bit of CC, more colorful counters! I’m in a recoloring mood today so I felt like knocking off a few things from my “I wish this came in other colors” list. These are my favorite counters in the game aside from my own galaxy splatter counters, and I wanted to actually give them some more variety. The only wood counter base that is included is the black one, but I will likely do the white one eventually. I have no plans to do the other woods but if you would like to do some recolors with just the counter textures then feel free. If you re-color other counters just give credit. Enjoy! Some of the sink colors are a bit more similar to the basic versions than I realized, but oh well. All sink colors come with two version, a gold plumbing version and a silver plumbing version.

Projectors have received a massive array of colors (Not all are displayed). The indoor and outdoor projectors are not entirely color matched to each other, so if you see one color you like on one and want it on another, just let me know and I’ll color match. I wanted to do these two mostly because I was really disappointed that in such a colorful pack the projectors were so very boring in color selection. The black and white have also been punched up quite a bit. The black TV is sleeker and darker, and the white TV is a lot brighter. I have completed set 1 of this project. Set two will be done by request or if I get bored and decide to do so. All of the files have the same item name as the original window to make it easier to find the ones you want to use. I have uploaded everything into three different files. Windows, Doors, and Crystal clear set 1, which has both. Doors: drive.google.com/file/d/0B7yacGihf-UTOWRQYWpoOXd2TFE/view?usp=sharingWindows: drive.google.com/file/d/0B7yacGihf-UTd1pNVWl3ZGVmdDg/view?usp=sharingCrystal Clear combo: drive.google.com/file/d/0B7yacGihf-UTXzAxZF9HUXlyU0E/view?usp=sharingHere is a complete list of what’s included as well as what is needed to use them. A cute converted top for girls with a beaded undershirt. This is the ruffle top for adult women that has been re-shaped and edited for kids.
The top comes in 22 different colors to match nearly any outfit.
Enjoy!

I've only managed to successfully convert bottoms for kids. Converting the tops tends to suck the arms inside of the body.
You have re-sparked my interest in this and I have managed to convert a top successfully for kids.
1. Export adult top mesh. 2. Export a child top mesh (A mesh that is as close in shape and size to the adult mesh will be best, but pickings are slim for kids, just go with what you feel is closest). 3. Edit down the adult top. I will state that converting adult male tops for kids is incredibly easier. To use female tops you will have to smooth down and restructure the breast area, which can make the mesh and textures look a little weird by the time it's all said and done. 4. Merge ALL pieces of the adult mesh into one solid piece (ctrl + J) and hit save. 5. Go to the child top and and hit shift + F1 to open the append window, find your adult top and click, go to Object and there should be the merged mesh called something like s4studio_mesh_1, double click to append it 6. Chop off the hands/arms of the adult top if you haven't already, as well as any pieces of the base child top you have showing through your mesh. Select the base child top and the adult top in objects mode and merge them. Hit save and import. 7. Go back to S4S and edit the shadow layer (should be the last RLE2 image).
If the top imports and looks right in this window it will likely be ok in game. Some of the adult tops have bands inside the sleeves that don't always scale down correctly, but they can be fixed easily enough via scaling them separately.
For bottoms though I can give you a quick tutorial (and a more in depth one later if you need). 1. Export the mesh from the adult bottoms that you want. 2. Get a random bottom for kids and import the mesh ontop of it and save the package file, then close it. -2.5 Another way to do this is to go into the setting and untick all of the adult life stages and enabled adult and do the same close/re-open. I can't remember which way I did it when I converted the pants I made. 3. Re-open the package file and export the mesh from this, the body should now be a child default with the adult mesh floating around/above them. From here you will have to by hand scale and re-sculpt the mesh to fit appropriately on the child frame.
After all of that it is just a lot of testing. My biggest issue was having the bottoms pull texture from the tops, the reason for this is because I just scaled down and only adjust the height a little bit. The pants can be deceptively higher than you'd expect them to be. So, if the pants pull textures from the tops try fiddling with the height to make them bigger.
Hope that helps!

I'm just curious about this as I have made quite a few terrain paints that are now flooding my terrain section. If I try to add swatches to a package file, the paint won't show up at all. Is there any way to force them into one terrain paint via swatches? Or at least is there some way to make the right paints cluster together to make things a little easier?
