Are you sure you deleted the hat cuts and not the regular cuts? Hat cuts have bald areas where the hats go.
Also, please upload your mesh to a file hosting service like google drive, it helps a lot if people can see the file in progress to diagnose the issue. I unfortunately cannot see the images you've posted.
Another thing you can do is look at the cut numbers of another CC hair and see how their cuts are done, like top layers being cut 1, bottom layers being cut 2 etc and try and make your hair the same way.
I've also had some mixed success with merging pieces together for lower cut numbers to get them to work better, but this requires a decent amount of tinkering as it can create wonky results sometimes.

I'm having an issue with this prop and not sure what's causing it. The support poles on the pack seem to be showing the planes behind it, but not making a solid object. It doesn't look like it's happening on the front part (not my image btw, just a placeholder while I worked). Which is confusing since the process I used to make the front display board is the exact same for the poles. If I rotate to ground level on the back I can see straight through the tubes. Anyone know what I've done wrong here? drive.google.com/file/d/1AkiqDpka5mhtTxcPlkVhGc5vYp3aBHf9/view?usp=sharing

Hi, if you want to make them a different type you can export the textures all the textures, open S4S under CAS select Create CAS standalone, then at the top of the next window go to part type and scroll down until your see the skin detail categories, and pick whatever part you want. If you want to change just the category of the skin detail open it up in S4S go to categories>Outfit type and select whatever you want from the drop down menu. Though the file you linked has it listed as a mouth crease, if that helps.
Good luck!

I have tried (and failed) many times to enable the tents to work with toddlers, and..well, I ultimately failed with that. BUT! I still wanted a tent that a toddler could use, so I now present the Fake and bake toddler tent! This tent is honestly just a bed that the toddler can hide inside. Howeer please be aware that in order to get the toddler to sleep in it and still keep the full range of tenty-ness I had to remove the footprint, which means to toddlers walk through the wall to go inside and an adult will likely clip through the top while reading the toddler to sleep or just sitting on the bed. This tent comes in 30 total colors: 9 EA base game colors from the original single tent 21 recolors of a new forest pattern

I will keep that in mind as I plan to do a lot of items where I'll need it! Thank you again!

I would like to convert some of the double beds for toddlers since they just look a little weird when scrunched to fit a single bed. I have attempted this and the toddler just climbs into the middle of the bed and other toddlers can't use the bed at the same time.
How would I go about doing this?

Upload your .package and .blend files. However, go through your geometry and set the geometry part you want to be transparent to simglass.

Hello everyone, I'm working on a pants mesh and ran into a few issues. I had really hoped I could figure it out myself but I'm at a loss. Issues: 1-2 The belt doesn't morph with weight or hip changes, but the buttons slide like they use the hip slider, the rest of the belt details do not. 3 This isn't always visible, but there is a weird gap that appear at certain thigh to calf ratios, I'm not sure what I did to cause this but I'm relatively sure this is somehow related to how I've merged certain pieces to get the effect I want. 4 My feathers are askew from their fringe. the button on the back nor the feathers work with any sliding either. I have done vertex painting, weight transfers, and UV mapping of all pieces a few times trying to figure it out and I don't know which one I'm messing up on. Thank you for your time!
