Turn her around in blender, its on the other side, you can see it just fine. Well its sort of on both sides, re export the blend from the package to make sure its updated.

Delete the s4s folder in documents and re start s4s (it might work)

That is way way too high in poly count, it has more than most hairs.

There is a batch fix in studio for showering
Tools - batch fixes - CAS - Disallow CC for Shower, I have never used it but so dont ask me anything about it :D

You can move that slot wherever you want, up down, left right, duplicate it. You can clone a coffee table and do the same thing with the export/import and get heaps of slots, you can delete the ones you dont use. Just remember, you only move them in blender to get the position of the x,y,z, everything is done in s4s. In s4s type in "Roman" and export the Roman Pedestal, it has a medium slot on the top. Export the rig and slot from it (not batch export, the normal export) Open your buffet up and import the rig and slot into it. Rigsync and save. Export the blend and will be here. You can then just move it to where you want.
