Thank you soo much inabadromance for posting the link to that proportional editing tool for blender, it is exactly what I need, I'm learning blender and most tutorials leave things out. Thanks so much and I appreciate everyone who does tutorials so much, I know it is not easy to remember every step to convey to viewers.

shaystylez we are similar, I'm glad I found these comments. I had been working on the tutorials on here for the earrings and they did not come out the same. Today I found out about Marvelous Designer, it looks like an easy tool to use, but I don't see any up-to-date videos about how to go from MD to the sims 4. Some tutorial videos that I found goes to fast and I cannot follow it, plus they do not talk in the video. How have you been doing since you posted here? Are there any helpful videos or even written tutorials that will help me learn how to convert the mesh into the sims4? Thank you, anyone

In this section Part II: "Marking the seams that will allow the mesh to be unwrapped" part 14. I'm not exactly sure where to select it says "... right mouse click on each of the three sections making up one of the inner ring edges." Can you help me, exactly where should I click? Thanks Moderator edit: User is using this tutorial

Thanks Feyona for your help. I'm just seeing this answer. I'm still getting used to the platform and did not know I could get to my questions and replies by clicking notifications.

Hi panthergirlsim ..You can tilt the object by pressing middle key on your mouse. If you use touchpad on laptop I believe you have to set up your custom keys for this in preferences. I highly recommend watching this video about basic interface and navigating in Blender. Navigating starts at 6:18, but I recommend watching entire video. I had a very difficult time adjusting to Blender from 3DS Max before I watched some videos about basic actions like navigating and shortcuts.

I updated my original post with an image, does this help if you don't mind circling where I do the selection. I was working at that area in the very front near the menus at the bottom of the pic.
Thanks again

I've been trying to finish this tutorial for the longest and I keep getting stuck. I'm am totally new to blender. When I get to number thirteen for the new mesh tutorial (making the earrings) It says tilt the view a little but then you don't tell how to tilt the view. Please explain?
Thanks for the tutorial, I really appreciate it but there are some parts where you left out a few steps. Please update the tutorial if you can.
Thanks again,
Janice

In step 15 it says "Then click b on your keyboard to bring up the box select lines " When I click b nothing happens, what am I doing wrong? Is there a new hotkey or can you give me the menu selections to use. Thanks
