when i do this it says an error has occurred and to report it, is this normal? i know very little about computers so its probably my fault lol You don’t have to report it but if the error is preventing you from doing something, you can make a thread in Creator help, post the error message, describe when you’re getting it, and we will help you figure it out |

I just downloaded sims 4 studio on my mac and it took me to a tab called settings which had a bunch of stuff including the paths to the sims 4, sims 4 document and blender. The paths were wrong and I can change them for the second two but not the sims 4. When I try a little pop up comes up which says 'an error has occured, please report this. What should I try?

Hello, I'm having issues with my S4S. I'm not using Origin anymore. I'm using the EA app now and I'm having a hard time finding a path for my S4S to go to. I've read all four pages of ways to fix the problem. I get close but it doesn't help me. Can someone please help me? Thanks in advance.

Hey all! I cannot get S4S to recognize/accept my game locations. I have the game installed C:\ProgramFiles\TheSims4, and in c:\Documents\ElectronicArts\TheSims4
BUT, the S4S says it cannot find the game even though I have tried setting the paths in S4S preferences repeatedly. I don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help? Thank you!

loquaciousllama The game path should lead to C:\ProgramFiles\The Sims 4. Are you sure it is installed there?
