Hey all, I'm Madame Crow, been playing Sims since Sims Bustin' out. I'm fairly new to creating content for the Sims game, just started a few days ago and I am in LOVE!! Having so much fun playing with all the programs and learning so much new stuff. It's exciting and has reinvigorated my passion for Sims :D

Hi'zusammen, Ich bin aus der älteren Generation 56 Jahre Jung und 4fach Oma! und spiele die Sims seit ihrer ersten Stunde! Lange überlegte ich mich den Sims 4 zu,zu wenden nun Spiele ich sie seit knapp einem Monat,also Blutiger Anfänger! Aber am Ende habe ich mich sehr schnell in die S4 eingespielt.....Nun freunde ich mich gerade mit der Bastelei an,mein Ziel einige meiner Figuren aus Sims3 in die Welt der Sims 4 zu holen,so weit ich schon weis nennt es sich Konvertieren,habe alles was man dazu braucht auch schon! Nun sitze ich, planlos da und weis nicht wie ich es umsetzen kann einige meiner Lieblinge aus Sims 3 in Sims 4 bekomme! Und bin bereit dazu zu lernen!!  |

Hi!
My name is Emily, I have been playing Sims since the first installment and I've played it on nearly every console lol. Right now I plays Sims 4 primarily on my PC and I have to say this is the best gaming experience I've had! I liked Sims 2 a lot and did not know how much better it could get, Sims 3 was better in a sense but I honestly didn't get as much out of it as everyone else did. I think there were a lot of cool gaming features but the graphics were horrible!
I get a lot more of a gaming experience from Sims 4 and just this week was the first time that I have used mods or CC in my game. I don't use custom content too much either because I feel like it can make my game too buggy so I only stick to maybe 3 or 4 mods at a time. Super excited to try out Sim4Studio!

I just started making CC last Feb-March, and Im already addicted! I mostly do Furniture and some buildthings like wallpaper and I do it Maxis Match Style.
Looking forward to hanging around here!

Hi All, I'm Phoenix, I love playing TS4 and all the CC is amazing. I have a problem tho and was wondering if anyone could help. I'm new to this so please point me in the right direction if I'm in the wrong place.
My issue is I'm trying to convert DLC textures to HQ. It was straight forward for Island Living and that worked fine in game but now i'm having a repeated error message when trying to import the RLES into an empty package for converting.
PLEASE HELP!!! so frustrating, and so sick of blacked out sims lol

Hello!
I'm MrSouper and I love to play The Sims! I play The Sims 4 mostly everyday and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE playing it!
I also love to program and I REALLY want to learn to mod The Sims 4. I have so many great ideas of what to make, but I just don't know where to start.
I'll figure it out eventually. lol
I also love cats and love to make them in The Sims! Kitties are fun. :P
Anyway, I hope to help the community by making and sharing awesome mods and CC so everyone can enjoy a better Sims 4 experience.

oi, sou um Kel..jogo os sims 4 por muito tempo, tipo uns 8 anos, mas sou nova nessa coisa de criar com o TS4studio ... tenho assistido vídeos e acompanhado algumas postagens e sabe que até criei algumas coisas legais ?! kkkk queria saber como fazer para compartilhar minhas criações com outros jogadores ...

Looks like since I have been gone this introduction section has been turned into an advertisement board... Oof, staff team is this even allowed to advertise your cc websites in the introductions? Don't we have a separate thread for advertising? I will just welcome the ones that actually did make an introduction and not an advertisement.  Hello Simmers! However, from my past experiences I have found the people on the forums here quite helpful and friendly when it came to requiring help with different CC and whatnot. I hope you enjoy your time here. I too am a sims addict, currently swapping between the newer Sims 4 and the older Sims Medieval for my sims fix! If you are seeking to learn how to mod I would say this is a promising place to start! We all love the sims here I am guessing since the forum is for everything Sims 4 and Studio related! A good place to start for beginners when it comes to making your own CC is creating recolors of game meshes using the studio. I have found that the Sims 4 Studio application is quite newbie friendly and sets everything in place for you rather nicely! Welcome everyone!I'm so sorry that I haven't checked this thread since... November. But that's enough about me! I'm gonna post a bunch of links to reply to common things I see in a lot of introductions! Before you do anything, every member should be acquainted with the forum rules HERE. If you are having any issues with S4S, your game or your custom content, this thread is not the place to ask for help! There are other threads to do that: If it's an issue with making custom content, check HERE to see if anyone has had similar issues before; if not, ask! If it's an issue with the game itself, you can ask for help HERE. If it's an issue with S4S, you cannot post in the report thread unless you've made at least 50 posts, but you should check HERE. If it's an issue with anything else, go HERE. If you are new and want to start learning how to make cc, you can check out the tutorials HERE. If you do end making something you like, consider sharing it with the community by opening up a creator studio HERE! I'm so happy that so many people have been joining and (hopefully) getting good use out of the S4S program. This thread isn't really the place to be asking random questions. For future reference, you can ask questions like that in the general chat thread HERE. But, since you asked, the answer would be: no. Any kind of nudity is considered adult content, even if it's tasteful. I think it's best if you left the bra on that sim or have some other sort of censor on the nipples. |

Is it weird to post an introduction if I'm not actually new here? I'm gonna do it anyways. Hello, I'm Mal/MakeSims. I've been using this forum for almost as long as I've been making CC. I think I mostly make CC from Disney movies and Anastasia (which is, like, Disney adjacent). Making costumes for The Sims is really fun to me. I also started making poses recently, which is a fun challenge. This forum is really great and I've been trying to log on more actively.

I'm really glad you've been enjoying your time on the forums and have been making great use of s4s! I love being in the forums too, but I always wish there were more fun conversations to join in on in the general/sim chat threads, rather than just a bunch of people asking questions though, not that seeking help is bad in any way. Also, I totally love what you're doing, being able to take something you love outside of the sims and put it into the game is so rewarding! It's great that you finally introduced yourself and I hope you continue to enjoy your time on the site! |
