Lorry - did you delete your thumbnail cache and do a Repair Game? If you haven't, try those with newly downloaded fixed files and ONLY those in your game. They all work for me & I'd love for you to be able to get them to work for you. Worst case scenario, rename your The Sims 4 folder (or even your Electronic Arts folder) and let Origin regenerate everything. Once you do that and test that the game is working, copy from WITHIN the old folders INTO the new folders, including your Options.ini and UserSetting.ini files (unless you don't mind resetting all your options and settings). I had to do that after one of the updates when my game decided it hadn't actually updated! lol ~~~ xoxdahlia - you are just on fire! Thank you so, so much!!!

Ah, yeah, it's late, I forgot that couldn't be the culprit in a clean game. Some kind of issue with the game not getting the new data, though, whether it's Windows shenanigans reverting to old files, undeleted localthumbcache, etc.

Thank you lovely ladies for trying to help me LuvMySimz,Cidira, xoxdahlia and Suzanne I have tried almost everything you all have suggested but REPAIR my game, which I was thinking I might have to do Suzanne I would love the windows to work for me too, but I have decided I am not going to mess with folders and change things, if the repair doesn't work then I shall move on. Dahlia has worked so hard restoring so many of my favourite windows and I am extremely happy about that......LOVE you Dahlia, thank you so much ❤️

Dahlia has worked so hard restoring so many of my favourite windows and I am extremely happy about that......LOVE you Dahlia, thank you so much ❤️ I found the issue! It's the Cutout Info Table who has wrong Hash number. I found two windows who didn't work for me either because of that, but it's easy to fix.
So to fix your Town windows, you have to go to the Warehouse tab and find "Cutout Info Table, click it and on the right side click "Edit items" and there replace the BaseFileNameHash number with the ModelId number.
Will upload a picture for you to see what I mean.
ETA:
Here is a picture
As you can see there are two different numbers in some of the Town windows. The ModelId (bottom) is the one you have to copy and add into the BaseFileNameHash and then they should work You have to do this for each window that does not work for you. If you open it with Studio and see 2 different numbers in the CutoutInfoTabe, then just copy the bottom one in each window file and do the replacement. Don't forget to click save Thanks so much for spotting that! It’s something I wouldn’t have even thought to check when adding cutouts. I’ll fix the town windows in the file so they work- are there any other objects giving people trouble? Xx

Ah, so it turned out that we hadn't actually confirmed that all the files were working in a downloader's game after all? That'll do it. I'll be amazed if xoxdahlia isn't dreaming in X,Y coordinates after fixing all these windows though.

Suzanne I am so hoping these windows will work for me! (((HUGS)))
Thank you and everyone else that tried so hard to help me.
Dahlia I would have gone to you first, but initially, I just wanted someone to test the windows to find out if it was just my game that had issues before I bothered you with it.

OMG! Thank you @wj ! 😍 I skipped some windows when I was checking them in my game 😭 Lorry - they should work after the fix 💕 xoxdahlia - please let us know when you've updated the files for our ongoing list & thank you! 🤗 I've had a look through all the files, and I found a few more that needed fixing but hopefully the problem is nipped in the bud. I guess those hashes must have been for the EA content originally cloned? It does make sense why I found most lingering cutout-related issues would resolve once I cloned the object forcing generation of new instances. By default, I'm sure those values are meant to match, hence why letting the system generate them fixes the issue. Thanks so much again, @luvmysimz, for spotting the issue! I honestly would never have noticed, and now I'll make sure I check that too when I fix new objects. I have updated the following files to fix hash/modelid mismatch, so please redownload them: Please don't hesitate to let me know if there are any other issues that arise. Lorry, you're too sweet, but don't worry- you're not bothering me in the least. It's important to me to make sure everything's fixed and working for everyone xx

Brilliant! Thank you! I’ll fix that in the file too xx Um, while you at it, there are some more in the folder Daer0n Doors & Windows 1 [Cutouts fixed by Dahlia] lol. The 2 Screen doors. They open from the wrong direction. Meaning since the door handle is on the opposite the door should open from there, too but it's not. I told her about those doors over a year ago and how to fix them. She said she will fix them. So I assume those files in that folder are still the old ones? Anyway, you can fix them easily by just adding a minus - infront of the number in the X axis like this:
Open the screen doors with Studio, click the rig/slot tab and just click on the _noBind_customHolder_E_ and change the X axis: 0.375 - to minus -0.375. That's it. Do that for both doors Thanks for that and the footprint fix!
