Could someone help me with this? Hi kaatedocus, That error means that you need to get the latest version of Studio to work with the current patch from EA. Currently, that is the community tested version 2.6.1.5 or the 2.7 beta.

I just updated to the Jukebox version. I am looking to do a recolour of a painting/picture. I am following the directions and I click on the painting I want to recolour and instead of seeing the grid I get this screen taking me to the program directory. It's like I'm missing a step. I am currently updating Blender - would that have something to do with it? And when I install sims4studio do I install it within the documents/thesims4 or do I have to install elsewhere like the desktop? See pic of what window shows when I click on the painting I want to re-do...

Hello and welcome to the forum! The screen ask you where you want to save your new .package file ( I personally save my files on the desktop so I can find it easier). I have installed Sims4Studio in programms and a shortcut on the desktop. Please read this Tutorial that should help you from step 4 where you ask. Here you can find many more tutorials

Hi redheadedsims, welcome to Studio forums. The folder you're showing is the Sims 4 Studio folder itself that contains all the files needed to run Studio. If you scroll down in that folder you will find a line that says S4Studio.exe. If you double click that line Sims 4 Studio will open and you can begin your recolor project. It's completely fine to run Studio out of a folder like this. There is a thread HERE with an illustration showing the exact line you need to click to start Studio up if you're running it out of a folder. If you're running Studio out of a folder you can put the folder anywhere that is convenient for you. If you would prefer to install Studio on your computer instead that's also fine. The Studio download page has a link to an installer version that will install Studio using an install Wizard that makes it very easy to do. The typical location for installing Studio on your computer is in your Program Files.
