Will studio be updated to include the Industrial Loft Kit?

I hope the following changes can be made to studio to improve the process of updating existing tunnings 1. Add an option to extract only tunnings that exist in a specified package or folders (recursivly all the way to all subfolders) 2. Extracted xml files have name first before the code. Seperate code and name by dot. Example: loot_Death_ElderExhaustion.ActionTuning.0C772E27!00000024!2EAA1A828D7FCB99.xml Import can still regonize it if it reads from the back from before .xml, shouldn't be too hard to implement using split function from C# This allows easier sorting in the folder 3. Separate last folder history for extract and import 4. Batch export xmls to folder instead of bin/package 5. Batch import from folders recursively Thank you very much for reading and considering

I have what I Think is a pretty simple one...adjust the rate the catalog selector scrolls so that it scrolls one row down at a time. The rate it scrolls currently often skips almost an entire row and makes browsing through a pain in the ass. Also, like...start a patreon. Instead of yelling at littledica99 for wondering how seemingly basic features don't exist yet, take some measures to make developing the program easier and more accessible. "This is a free product" only goes so far when you're not making any attempt to let people donate or assist in its development. They even offered to donate (and assist) and neither option exists anywhere. People would give you money if you'd let them. Creators like Felixandre use Sims4Studio to make over a quarter million dollars a year on Patreon and you don't see a cent of it. You could probably easily write some rules into its EULA that say "Hey, if you profit off this, and don't release your content free, you're not allowed to use it or you need to pay us". Or just make a patreon and ask for donations. People would gladly pay money if it meant things like the program getting updated for new packs sooner or major new features and updates.

Will studio be updated to include the Industrial Loft Kit? Studio was updated for Cottage Living 5 days after it came out, which was 'delayed' and 'should not happen again'. Industrial Loft has been out for a month. So...I'd like to know this too. An ETA would be nice.

I have a simple answer. We make this tool as a hobby. We share it for free and that isn't going to change. If you don't like the tool, you don't have to use it. Black cutout image always missing when cloning a sink or window. I've read that this was addressed a long time ago, but since it's still not working, I'd like to address it again. When creating a sink or window with either "create a 3d mesh or "selective clone", from game or from CC, the black cutout image is always missing. If you make a clone from CC sinks or windows you have the chance to batch export the cutout image from the original and batch import into the new package and just change the instance number, but clones from in game sinks & windows you have to create a new one. It would be nice to include ALL needed files when cloning a sink or window. Especially from CC since this black coutout image is already there.

The 01357924 is from items created by TSRW, it is not useful nor indispensable to make an item work. The problem you are describing is when a windows from before the patch had been fixed by tsrw batch fix but did not work, if you reattempt to fix it with S4S it will not work. When the Starwars update was released, TSR was in a hurry to fix ALL their windows and doors and released an automatic batch fix on all their items on their website, but half of them didn't work. People continued downloading them and then tried to use the better S4S batch fix on it and because they were already fixed, it didn't work. I repeat that you don't need the image cutout anymore to make a windows, that's why it's not cloned anymore. It cannot ve creeated out of thin hair I have explain how to fix a window that is unable to be fixed from S4S batchfix HERE but this only work for some windows not all. Therefor, the problem comes from TSR, not S4S. 😇

Syboulette, Thank you very much for your reply, but I have already done what your tutorial describes. For further tests I have deleted the model cutout and tried to let Studio generate a new one and this is what I get. Example issue notification: “Studio is unable to fix because the black cutout image is missing.” You say it is not needed but why does studio say that it’s needed to fix it? Actually those windows are working but I wish I could just fix the cutout info table mess in all those windows.

Example issue notification: “Studio is unable to fix because the black cutout image is missing.” You say it is not needed but why does studio say that it’s needed to fix it? Actually those windows are working but I wish I could just fix the cutout info table mess in all those windows. Before the patch, the windows were using image. After the patch they don't anymore. The batch fix is not magic: it converts (sometimes roughly) the image into coordinates. If the packages you're trying to fix are post-updates, then it won't work

Syboulette, thanks dear for trying to help. These windows were cutout fixed by Dalia when the cutout issue accured after that Batu patch. I had downloaded those from the link provided on her web page. Not saying that she messed them up. I know the coutout mess was done when TSR tried to fix them on first attempt like so many others. I guess I have to live with it. I just hate when I have "mess" in my cc

I'd like to suggest the exact opposite of the "remove CC thumbnails' batch fix. "Generate CC Thumbnails". This would generate a custom thumbnail for every piece of CC, using the thumbnail that Sims4Studio itself shows. Essentially giving every item a custom thumbnail...identical to the non-custom one. Why would you want this? Because this new mod manager is amazing, but can only render custom thumbnails or google image search results.
