I'm sorry I'm asking again, but with this tutorial, I have gotten all the way up to what you're suppose to do in the warehouse. I'm just very confused and this is my first time so I don't quite understand it. I did look back, but I still couldn't realize what I'm suppose to do in the warehouse part?

Hi ivypoison255, the part of this tutorial that shows the Warehouse screen is only to help you find the CC item if you're having trouble finding the item in the thumbnail list. If you were able to find the item you wanted to recolor and then you recolored it you're all set and ready to test your new recolor in the game. If this isn't enough information or didn't help please post again.

Okay, then because I've found the item I wanted and recolored it, how am I suppose to clone it as custom content? Because I looked over the tutorial again and didn't find anything, and my recolors aren't showing in game.

"Create your recolor image as usual and click the Import button to import it into the .package." I'm lost at this part because it is assuming that I have done any of this before. Is there a tutorial for absolute noobs like me?

And make sure your package file is in your mods folder for it to show up. I mess up with this all the time.

I seem to be having a problem with Gimp. I can't save as a dds file even though I have the plug in. Does anyone have a link for the plug in? Maybe I downloaded an out of date one...

Hi emtims2013, you don't need to save as .dds if you're using Studio. Try saving your image as a .png instead and import that into Studio.

Thanks so much. I figured it out! I uninstalled gimp and used paint.net instead. Brujah has some helpful videos on youtube. I watched those and came back to read this tutorial and I understood! Again thanks for your help!

I did all these steps, but when I open the game, my hair looks the same as the orgiginal one. I think is that I didn't import any texture, or something like this. Help me, please :<

Hi universegurl, welcome to Studio forums. If you upload your .package and the original it was cloned from someone can take a look at it to see what's going wrong.
