Did you choose the option to select personalized content?
Just be careful with recolors of hairstyles because it seems that after the update do not change the colors or something like that

but as in tutorial I saw the screen shot I do not have that option.

Hello! I wanted to change the color of the SS skin according to the above lesson: sims4studio.com/thread/397/create-standalone-recolor-custom-content?page=1So on the step number 3 I have a problem. The program simply does not see the file. It is both in the Vods folder in the game and in the program, what am I doing wrong? Perhaps some settings should be? Forgive my bad english. |

I've got the latest version of S4S, yet it doesn't recognize custom files when I try to recolor a set of custom eyes. Is it just that it won't allow recoloring of default replacements, or am I actually doing something wrong?

I might be able to once I get some sleep. Basically, the problem was that I intended to recolor some realistic-looking eyes I'd downloaded, but the only previews I got appeared to be of what's already in-game...once I tried recoloring them anyway, they appeared to be the realistic ones once the model appeared, if that makes any sense... Dunno if I actually managed to do what I wanted to by accident, but that's what an in-game check is for...again, once I get some sleep. LOL! |
