@rosalisims in better help and I would assume you mean if she would be using the rigged sim which would be the rigged sim [Kijiko]pose-helper or the regular sim as the one you export from S4studio

решила сделать позу,но когда загрузила в блендер на симке не отобразились точки кости (точки которыми и создается поза) и на какие кнопки не жми они не появляются.. Отчего позу нельзя создавать..Подскажите в чем причина? пробывала переустановить студио и блендер таже песня... Студио вообще работает не совсеми блендарами (хоть версия одна и таже), а только с тем какой сам выберет и скачает

HI lika Welcome to s4studio's, and I take it that your having issue with the Sims rig in blender, and it not letting you create a pose? if this is correct, can you post blend file and I can take a look for you.

Студио не скачивает версию блендера за вас, это вы выбираете что установить. Какая версия у вас установлена? Можете выложить файл с позой, который вы пытаетесь изменить? Возможно у вас не нажат "глаз" напротив rig, если он нажат, видны точки (кости) позы, если его нет, все точки (кости) спрятаны. Посмотрите на эту картинку для примера. Пишите, пожалуйста, так же на английском (можно пользоваться переводчиком гугл), это в правилах форума. Studio works with 2.76 and 2.70 version of Blender. What version do you have? Could you share a .blend that you are trying to change? There is a possibility that you didn't press an eye icon next to the rig. If it's not pressed, you won't see dots (joints). Check this picture. Yunie, Lika5 doesn't see joints when she opens .blend.

Feyona and Thank you and lika5 that could do it if the eye isn't opened to see them, but other than that I don't see why she shouldn't be able to see the rig it should be there even in object mode. with the currant version of S4studio.

Perfect Pose in Blender and idle pose in game. This happened several times. (The series I'm working on are couple poses with mother and toddler.) Sometimes it works if I copy the pose, open a new rig in the same blender session and paste the pose. After that I save it with a different name. But sometimes this doesn't work. And I don't know why, I just think I've done something wrong, not knowing what. But after redoing a pose a couple of times without success I'm kind of lost. Because I don't know why the pose gets corrupted (??) or what I'm doing wrong. Mostly I use KIJIKO's pose helper for the female and a 'normal' one for the toddler. The only thing in common is that I use several sessions to make a pose. (making the pose in Blender, testing in game, especially looking for clipping issues and then reopening Blender to work on the pose again) Someone with a fresh view might see the cause and the solution of the problem. That's why I ask for advice. I have a link for the female and the toddler pose. The female pose is the one causing the problem. Female pose here and the toddler pose here. Edit: or the other way around: in the name F is for Female and T for Toddler.

FranniezSims , Ok, I made a color chart of what I see in your blender file and help explain what I see from just looking at without having to even test this in game. I also create couples pose's I learned the hard way when I jumped head first into posing with a couple set instead of single pose. Ok so Here I go in this explaining deal 1. Marked Red is the " Toddler Rig" This isn't supposed to be there if you are trying to save for a pose by is self, It simply won't save, and may have pop up box in the studio when trying to save it. So This should be Deleted. 2. Yellow and Green: On Yellow, everything looked fine Except 1 keyframe same on Green I examined both of this found nothing wrong with them other than that. 3 Orange: I only see 1 Keyframe On the Yellow and the Green. This could cause problems as well in saving properly. At the minimum 2 keyframes for Both Yellow "Control Rig" and the Green "Rig", should be used at least Minimum. 4. White: they eye was closed it made my curious if you had place at least one keyframe there? have you put at keyframe there? Out of all this on each thing, I sorry if I ramble too much but was just examining each area I thought might need a bit of understanding to as to what I was seeing might be the issue . First I would Delete the "toddler rig" then go back to the control Rig and Re-Locroc Down your Keyframes at start "0" and end keyframe 30 or at least 20 so Your frame takes place a and holds without jumping out before you have a chance to look at it In-game. Then do the same for The Green>"Rig" as well in the same 0 and 30 or 20 at least. By the way, I would add the same keyframes to the toddler pose as well to match the Female in time length of the hold of the pose. the reason I do 0 to 30 is that is how many seconds the pose will hold so people that download or use your pose that have time to see your pose and be able to pause the game and take a great screen of them. then Save your file and import and test. let me know if this Fix's Your issue if you would like You can look at any of my pose's in my studio and see how I've set mine ~Sincerelly, Yuna~

Thanks for having looked into my pose. I really appreciate it. And the explanation with the screenshot does help me a lot.
The red (toddler rig I removed). Funny I thought I removed it all, but appearantly not. I will keep this in mind when making other poses to check at this point. I think this must be the mistake I made that caused the problem. But of course I'm going to test it and let you know.
The green rig I use only for the face, all other joints are 'locked'. Sometimes I hide them for a more clear view of what I'm doing. I don't know if this is of any influence at all. Do you use KIJIKO's pose maker yourself?
As for your comment on the keyframes: actually I don't make an 'animation'. People have to manually skip the action of the Sim to get them in another pose. This works well for me, but I might try once again the way you described it. Some weeks ago I made a series of couple poses and posted it on MTS. These were made the same way, that is with no keyframes. What I experienced with other couple poses (not of my hand) is that they don't run synchronically.
So I will be back once I tested it out tonight.

FranniezSims haha, No biggy I think we've all made that mistake before I know I have, I have created pose's with Kijiko 's and I still do from time, no the hiding the bone won't have any influence but not locRoc all the bones down will in the "Rig". Yes, the control rig can be used for animation if you want but don't have to. What Kijiko intended for this was the making the pose creating easier which can be true but comes with a few more tricks to learn than the normal rig. Here is how I look at this just an observation of mine Of The "Control Rig" acts as a Pose shell for the Original "Rig" without the Control Rig which is what the S4Studo needs to read for creating your pose, so really all you need is the "Rig" is self once you have the pose control rig just holds those pose till your ready to use them. Cause all the studio is reading is the "Rig" from the Kijiko pose maker part it not reading the "Control Rig" at all. This is why it would be vital for one make sure to locRoc all keyframes on the "Rig" In Kijiko pose Maker. but this what I've learned when using the Kij's pose creator. I'll be happy to assist as long as you need I'll be waiting patiently to see your result. ~Sincerely, yunie~

Hi Yuna,
I'm so happy! Your tip did the trick. Tested in game and the pose looks really good. Again thanks a lot because I didn't 'see' it anymore. Now finish and making proper screenshots (My female sim turned Plant Sim and also she is pregnant). Just a screenshot of how it turned out.
Edit: photobucket is giving me a headache, but I will try again tomorrow.

So i downloads sims 4 studio for mac which was successful. But when I downloaded Blender 2.70 And tried to open it, It Crashes on mac. I tried though 2.78 but that wouldnt work for to make poses. Help please, If you have time?

onespurpose HI and welcome to the s4studio forums, I don't have a Mac computer so I can't provide the answer on as to why blender would be crashing so sudden, it doesn't seem like it should though. but maybe one of the other's might be able to answer your question. orangemittens Mathcope sweetsorrowsims
