The guide is great but I do not catch anything, what to do. For example, for a non-standard meal - spaghetti napoli, what would I have to take to start?

How can I change the cost to craft a food?

line numbers depend on the recipe but the code is <T n="crafted_by_text">0x2642142E<!--Made By: {0.SimName}--></T> <V t="flat_fee" n="crafting_cost"> <T n="flat_fee">0</T> </V>
change the "0" in the last line to whatever you choose

Hi! The line numbers in the main post seem to be different sometimes. Could you post the code snippet that you call Just so I can make sure I'm replacing in the right place? Thanks!
EDIT: Nevermind, I found it right after posting this!

Sorry for double posting but this time I have another question I definitely can't figure out. How do I make the food show up in the game? I've simply placed the package files in the mods folder and I have CC enabled but they just aren't there.

You will need to add a snippet. All recipes here are snippet tuned. Tutorial info HERE

Thank you! Just a quick question, what are other methods for adding CC food to the game? Like buy mode food? Does using this still let food get served at restaurants if that's in the tuning settings?
And if I configure the English-language text can it still work on non-English games (even if the text is still in English)?

Snippets are the only open source way to add CC food that I know of. If you add the simdata file to the food it is available in restaurant. If all language tables are in english the food will work in non-english games. If the language tables are empty - no text will appear at all and folks will complain. LOL

Thanks for the heads up, I'll make sure to write something in all language tables XD
I was thinking along the lines of injecting code to make it available in the list of foods available in objects (the fridge tuning has a list of recipes so I assume this could be injected or replaced with a script?) or add the food to existing food stalls. I'm fine using the snippets, just curious about the different possibilities.

Good day. I still translate your fashion recipes. Everyone is asking me more and more. Everyone loves your recipes. I got to the liquor and ran into a problem. downloaded beer, wine aperitif and everything else. Vmna in the menu bar appeared completely. Beer just do not appear, why do not know. Just a completely empty window. At the aperitif some windows are not drawn, as if there is no drawing, I also don’t know what is connected with it. Can you tell me why? Thank.

I do not know either. I do not have this problem, so I can't really investigate. I had a similar problem with the juices images not displaying, but have no idea why - they still functioned properly. My only suggestion is that some other mod is interfering. I know that some other players received a range of errors (some from outdated mod) from graycurse refrigerator mod. I don't know that this is the problem, but would suggest removing all the mods - except the food menu and script and see if the problem disappears.

Thanks for the answer. The fact of the matter is that I check your recipes always without other mods, as it is quite capricious) But this problem remains all the same. I do not even know the reason. I even tried to put the recipes without editing, yours directly, anyway, the same way ((It’s a pity, I wanted to have alcohol in the game)

Ah that makes sense. Never thought about that as a requirement.
