Hi. Try restarting a package. For some reason s4s just added textures in the warehouse without attaching them to the swatch. Ok I'll try it ! It works with CC I use as a base for now, but not with game contents. Thanks a lot !

Hi everyone ! I don't know if I'm posting in the right category, but I'm currently working on a sim that would be both Ursula and Vanessa (Ursula's human form) from the little mermaid. I'm encountering several issues in creating CCs for this project and in the game itself. Vanessa VS Ursula sim by AugusteS by AugusteS, sur Flickr First of all, these are two separate sims for now, but the idea is that Vanessa becomes Ursula by going in the water. My first issue is, even after clicking the link that is supposed to separate the human form from the mermaid form, the body changes I'm making on the human form are still affecting the mermaid form, the body presets I'm using for example. Well, as you can see, Vanessa and Ursula are way different. Is there any mod or anything else that could block the connection betwen both forms ? I also want my Ursula to be as much accurate as possible and I haven't found any mod that allows to make the forehead thinner than the jawline. As you may notice, Ursula has a very particular head shape that looks like a pear. UsulaPearshapeHead by AugusteS, sur Flickr I've tried to create a forehead preset that reduces the forehead width but, as you can see, I can't get it done right and it doesn't look good in game as it's affecting eyes and eyebrows area. Ursula's forehead preset ~ WIP by AugusteS, sur Flickr Do you know any mod, preset, or slider that already exists or could you help me with getting this preset done properly please ? Thanks a lot and have a good day guys !

Share your package just in case it's needed. And when you say it doesn't show up do you mean it doesn't show in Studio or in the game? I'm assuming you mean Studio but wanted to double-check. My thinking is that maybe the original texture is still in Studio in the warehouse section and you need to delete them or replace the EA textures with your own. My recolor doesn't even show up on the sim model in S4S when I upload the new texture ! I have done so many CC with S4S and I've never experienced something like that before !! Here is a screencap, you can see the texture I've uploaded for this eyeshadow is blue but is not showing on the 3D model. S4Sbug by AugusteS, sur Flickr

Hi everyone !
Maybe you remember I posted some creations and questions around here. Long time I haven't played the S4 or made any CC. I have downloaded the latest S4 Studio version trying to make a simple makeup recolor using a eyeshadow from the game as a base. So I made my recolor with photoshop and saved the texture as a .png file as usual and tried several time to import the new texture on S4 Studio to see how it turns out and... nothing. My modified texture does'nt show up. The original texture doesn't change. Did I miss something ? I have never seen that before and assumed it was because of the updates with the latest version of S4S I have installed.
Please help, Best regards,
AugusteS

Thank you simguy80 for your kind advices. I wanted to know if this pose looks good enough or if I can improve it with some tricks. As I said, I’m an absolute beginner with Blender, but as an artist, I draw a lot since I was a child, so I know the human body proportions and stuffs. That’s precisely why the forearms shock me, they look way too thin compared to the arms, but maybe the improvement on this pose is very limited, I don’t know. Anyway, thanks for your reply 🙂

Hello everyone !
Yesterday I made my very first pose for CAS and it was also the first time I was using Blender so I'm pretty glad how it turned out for a first try. However, as you can see, the arms have still a lot unnatural angles and I wanted to ask you if you have some tips for me guys. I saw a lot of tutorials but I thought it would be easier for me to show you the pose I have made, as a Blender beginner. So, your feedbacks will be very helpful Aishwarya Rai sim ~ coming soon by AugusteS, sur Flickr Cheers !

Dear simmers, another ancient egyptian crown for your Sims. This gorgeous royal vulture crown was converted by me for The Sims 4 game and is based on Wawa's original mesh made for The Sims 2. You'll find this crown in the female hairstyles category. Please note that this hairstyle works better with a nice hairline as a skin detail. The hairline you see in the picture was created by Goppolsme : goppolsme.tumblr.com/post/181867283364/gpme-gold-hairline-g3-download-at-goppolsme*NEW* Vulture Crown Hairstyle by AugusteS, sur Flickr * Don't redistribute or claim as your own. I allow recolors, but please share a link to my studio page ! * Don't forget to press the thanks button before downloading ! Enjoy !

Hi. As I understand, there is no blend file and the conversion was done using tools available in S4 CAS Tools, right? If you want to fix it using that software, you need to seek help in the appropriate topic on modthesims. This type of issue never happens when using s4s, so I am not sure what to do with it If you want to fix it with s4s, you'll need a compatible version of Blender. 2.76 tends to work for everyone. i think it would be better to re-do the whole package, so it makes sense to watch a conversion tutorial But here are the setting for the weight transfer ( if i'm not mistaken, 2.76 does not have Vertex mapping, so you can skip it) Yes, I used S4S but I used Milkshape 3D and S4 CAS TOOLS to make the conversions, but I will try the way you say. I have never used Blender yet so I don't know how to convert with Blender, but I'll try, thank you.

Dear creators, I'm working on some conversions of hairstyles and hats from TS2 to TS4 and I realized some of my conversions have this weird issue with my converted meshes... Vulture crown conversion bug by AugusteS, sur Flickr The hairstyle I've converted is flowing around my sim but this happens with a few dresses only. A creator told me I have to asign the weights, but I don't know which step I missed. I used S4 CAS Tools to convert the mesh. Could anyone explain me how to fix it ? Otherwise, the mesh works fine with most of my clothes, that makes this bug even weirder : Vulture Crown conversion bug by AugusteS, sur Flickr Your help would be really appreciated Best regards, AugusteS

Dear simmers, it's been a while since I've haven't uploaded any CC here and I will make some updates on my page very soon.
Here is a little gift before Christmas : Nefertiti's crown for The Sims 4 !
When I was looking for mods to create my egyptian queen as a sim, I couldn't help but notice there a very few egyptian stuffs for The Sims 4. This is a new mesh based on Wawa's gorgeous Nefertiti's crown for The Sims 2. This beautiful crown is available in hats section for both male and female. 10 colors availabe.
Nefertiti is one of the most famous beauties in History and I love her since I was a child. As a History lover, I was very disappointed to see we only have a very few egyptian CC available and I received some requests about this Queen.
Nefertiti was a queen of the 18th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt, the Great Royal Wife of Pharaoh Akhenaten. Her name means "The beautiful woman has come". Nefertiti and her husband were known for a religious revolution, in which they worshipped one god only, Aten, or the sun disc. With her husband, she reigned at what was arguably the wealthiest period of Ancient Egyptian history. Some scholars believe that Nefertiti ruled briefly as Neferneferuaten after her husband's death and before the ascension of Tutankhamun, although this identification is a matter of ongoing debate. If Nefertiti did rule as Pharaoh, her reign was marked by the fall of Amarna and relocation of the capital back to the traditional city of Thebes.

Please don't redistribute or claim as your own. Of course, I allow recolors, but don't forget to share a link to my creator studio's page !
A big thanks to Kiara Zurk who helped me to get this mod done ! I hope you will enjoy this new hat for your Sims ! Some other beautiful egyptian crowns will be available very soon, so stay tuned !
If you like my work, don't forget to say thank you by clicking on the little heart next to the Download button

Hi everybody ! As I wasn't completely satisfied with Bipsouille's hairstyle shape, I decided to modify the conversion. Now, the hairstyle is much more accurate, don't you think ? I have also updated the dress a bit, by stretching the sleeves. So your queen will look more royal that way.

In the download file, you will find the new headdress, new gown with big sleeves and Queen Amidala's makeup. The makeup is a mix of some CC I have found that fits the best for Natalie Portman : for this I have used Taty lips 80, Samantha facedetail by Myobi, Pralinesims's eyeliner N20, eyebrows N56 and mouthcorner N02, S4Nexus defined nose 2 and S-Club BS3.0F skin. You'll find it in your game under "blush" category.
Hope you like it !
