Origin should disable mods and prompt you to turn them back on. Playing vanilla wont help you see if mods are broken, just dive in mods and all and see what happens ( )

I have the issue myself with a object I had made a few months ago all of a sudden start doing the same thing, from what I can tell its an issue with two different types of footprints. The chair footprint has template key numbers, and when you click on the object polygons it is empty. Where the picnic table has all zeros in the template key, and clicking on object polygons brings up the footprint info. When you changed the footprint did you use the batch import/export option because I think I fixed mine that way but cannot really remember

Hi lizatekna, there are a few methods for creating black lines with dots on their ends, it depends different on factors too. You can extrude the edges and merge or you can create whole new ones. I would suggest you go and look at some blender tutorials as explaining the different ways of creating black lines with dots on their ends is not really the thing for a sims creation post.
btw - black lines with dots on their ends are called faces or polygons (rofl)
If you learn some basics I can (or someone) are more than willing to assist.
ps - google - blender creating faces. And find a youtube tut

Okay, an update (and a pic, hence the new post). I've been fiddling with this, found this tutorial and I have been following that. This is what it looks like after I am done before I do the UV Map. But when I go into S4S, the arms aren't shortened like they should be. Any ideas on what I am missing? I haven't edited the uv map or texture yet, just the mesh part. Try editing the texture
