I typed in sun and found it, if you cant see it, close s4s and delete the sims4studio folder in documents and re launch s4s, it will force it to re index.

I exported LOD 0 and imported it into the other LODS and the shadow thing disappeared from them as well

All the bottom part of the mesh where it is highlighted on the UV map, has to come off where it is overlapping the fur. Unless textures on things are exactly the same, overlapping UV's cause all sorts of visual issues.

I dont know but it wouldn't be helping. When there is a problem anything that could be causing it needs to be fixed.

Im unsure what weird shadows you mean and I know nothing about converting so I wouldn't know your workflow but - The UV map is wrong the bottom is overlapping the fur and from some reason there are bits of what seems to be flooring on your texture, part of the dog UV is on that

When you say "removed the bump" do you mean literally ? I opened the original Royal Pointed Roof and compared them The original on the right, yours has to look like that but blank ie the canvas has to be blank so to speak, you cant just delete it, you have to paint it the same grey all over as it is, and the alpha, effectively painting over it and wiping it clean, it should look the original in the right hand pic, but all grey. You have done the same with the spec too, it has to be black on both layers. Edit like this :D

In the warehouse export the rig and slots from a three seater (from the right hand window) and then import them into your mesh
And at a guess you will have to change the tuning id too - Object Definition scroll down on the right a bit and find the Tuning and Tuningid copy and paste both of them into your mesh too.
That should work.

Sun setting park bench (from get together)
or
Love is in the air love seat from the base game both have alphas. (that was two I found)
Even if they are only two seaters be easy to scale them up to three seats and import the rig and slots from any old three seater.
Look for any seat that has a wrought iron affect or similar, they will have (should) an alpha
