If you speak a language other than English and notice a mistake in Sims 4 Studio's translation of that language, or you notice a part of the tool that didn't get translated at all, please post about it here in this thread. If you post please be specific about where the mistake is and what it should say instead. A screenshot of the problem is fine if you prefer to show it rather than try to describe it.
We want Sims 4 Studio to speak as many languages as our members do but we'll need help to get all the translations done correctly. |

Hi there, just trying the italian version of Sims 4 Studio and I wanted to suggest some corrections about the translation :D First, the opening page: the big blue buttons are ok, but the translation on the other options is a little confusing. I'll try to be as clear as possible and post the original English version, the current S4Studio translation and my own version. "Suggested" translations are to make things slightly less confusing, while "correct" translations are for actual mistakes  Original: Create CAS Standalone S4Studio Translation: Creare CAS Standalone Suggested translation: Crea parti CAS (standalone) Original: Add CAS Part Swatch S4Studio Translation: Aggiungi parte swatch Suggested translation: Crea parti CAS (aggiungi swatch) - if it's too long, " Aggiungi swatch (CAS)" may also work Original: Replacement CAS part S4Studio Translation: Replacement Part CAS Suggested translation: Crea default replacement (CAS) Then, the filters: Original: Male S4Studio: Maschio - correct, but doesn't work well with "Femminile", which was used to translate "Female". Which Is why I'd say...Suggested Translation: Maschile - ...to use this instead :D /nit-picky modeOriginal: BlushS4Studio: arrossire - which... err... actually means "blushing", as in when your cheeks get red from embarassment, lol :D Correct translation: FardOriginal: Next - the button at the bottom of the filters/choose CAS part pageS4Studio: Prossimo - which *is* correct, but...Suggested translation: Continua - ...this would work better :DCAS creation: Original: Add Swatch (button)S4Studio: Aggiungi campi Suggested translation: Aggiungi swatch Original: Remove swatch S4Studio: Rimuovere Swa Suggested translation: Rimuovi Swatch Original: Clear

Sono partita direttamente dalla versione inglese del S4Studio per le correzioni/suggerimenti e ho usato solo qualcosa dalla traduzione ufficiale della EA... alla fine, comunque sia, l'importante è avere una traduzione che non sia confusionaria ^_^ / (English: yep, I'm italian. I based my corrections/suggestions directly on the english version of S4Studio and only used a couple of things from EA's official translation... anyway, anything works, as long as there's no confusion ^_^)

I noticed some mistakes in the Spanish translation
File(Currently "Expediente") should be Archivo
Tools(Currently "Instrumentos") should be Herramientas
Help(Currently Ayudar) Should be Ayuda
Inside Help Menu: Forum Link, should be Enlace al Foro and Tutorial Links should be Enlace a Tutoriales
Create 3D Mesh should be Crear Máscara/Modelo 3D
Create Recolor(Currently Crear Recolor) Shoould be Crear Recoloración
Create CAS Standalone should be Crear Parte CAS Sola
Add CAS Part Swatch should be Añadir Swatch de parte CAS
Replacement CAS Part should be Parte CAS de reemplazo
Object Override should be Reemplazo de Objeto
Inside Settings Menu: Configure Blender Path, should be Configurar Dirección de Blender, Configure Game Path should be Configurar Dirección del juego
Creator Name should be Nombre del Creador
Cargando 3D Vista Previa should be Cargando Vista Previa 3D
Retire Swatch should be Quitar Swatch
