Not certain this will do it, but did you go into object definition in warehouse tab and remove all 3 of the emotional tags? You might also check the tags and tooltip tags in object catalog.

Accessories without a defined attachment (earrings etc.) are out of my league - I do objects. My suggestion, I tried it but not sure it will work, is attaching the pads to a pair of shoes. Sorry not much help.

Uncertain if this is helpful, but I have found odd behavior similar to described when the object catalog devcategoryflags id was incorrect. Not sure what it should be, but something to look at.

I have checked everything I made in basegame and everything works, with Andrew's updated script. EA did something, but I have no way of recreating the problem to fix it. Sorry.

The ids for the categories on pg 1 of tutorial below. Simply extract a snippet from an item in the category you want (and update the id to your object on line 8 of snippet) or use any snippet from menu expander item and change both category and item ids. <T>34956666054135545<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_CustomBathroom--></T> <T>13788567391082642485<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_CustomBedroom--></T> <T>14176103261357871007<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_CustomFurniture--></T> <T>1133470395695624429<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_CustomKitchen--></T> <T>11854328828837887909<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_ToddlerToys--></T> <T>11070991310244305685<!--Leniad:woodworkingTable_StartCrafting_PieMenu_Toys--></T> Snippet tutorial

I wish I knew. It even throws weird mismatched items on my own sims when they walk around town as NPC.

Yes, if you just want to change handle texture - not the mesh for the handle. It is a tedious process, I would remap the counter in blender (or there is another way if you don't) and put the handle texture in the corner of the texture. Then just copy the texture and replace the corner with new handle texture, save, and repeat as often as you like. If you can't do blender, then make copy of counter texture and locate the handle texture - I usually replace with a weird color, so I know I got the right spots. Make the weird color transparent and save. Paste this image over an image of your handle covers that is same size and save. Just make up all the handle cover images and paste the counters on top.

If you copy/modify/rename the tuning from the trashcan and add that to the a pot/vase you will have more precise control. Selecting a less frequently used trashpile as your reward might also be helpful. Override means that, it overrides everywhere all the time. Good luck.

GEN stands for generated and you can find the ids for the trash piles (there are at least 7 different ones) by create clone, tick debug and type trash in search line. Hover over the pile you want and the id 00000000... is displayed. Write that id down and create an override with that id, and that should do it.

Just checked pineapples in basegame and they are still working properly. Unfortunately it is near impossible to fix a problem that I can't recreate. If a modder with the EP want's to give it a go, you are welcome to, just send the fixed item to me and I will post on original item thread as YOUR fix.

Just tested in basegame and everything is still working properly. The only thing I can think of, besides the obvious EA messed with things in the EP, is that you need a counter nearby to make the finished product. Sorry, but if I can't recreate the problem, near impossible to fix. A modder with the EPs is welcome to give it a go.

Minimonster helped me sort it out without using tuning, by using cutout info.

Since "off-grid" is in an expansion pack, I can't be sure this works, but did you try the custom typewriter you build? I haven't tried it when the power is off, but I don't see any utilities checks in the code, so it might work. LINK
