Do sims 4 Studio can be in french ? If it can.. what I've to do for put it in ?  I like practice my english but .. thinking it will be easier to understand for me.. and you all  ! |

I would like to help translate to Portuguese BR (brazil), the program only has Portuguese PT (portugal) and they are different, and Portuguese PT is not fully translated into the program.

Hi,
I'd like to translate S4S to Catalan. Is it allowed? (Can I, even if it's a minority language?) Should I post it here? Is there some .txt with what is to be translated, or do I have to search through S4S myself?

First of all, I'm sorry that I'm not posting this in the bug report section but I can't post there so feel free to move this thread.
There is a bad translation in the German version of S4Studio (3.1.2.0).
When choosing the outfit type "swimwear" was translated as: "Bademode"
"nude" was translated as: "Badekleidung"
Both worlds are synonyms that mean "swimwear", none of them means "nude". It's hard to know which one to pick when making cc, which has caused me to accidentaly choose the wrong one when making cc and enabling an outfit for nude, which would make the sims constantly embarrassed.
I would suggest keeping the translation "Bademode" for "swimwear" and change the translation for "nude" to "nackt", which is the German word for nude.

Soo I'm using the Swedish version and I just wanted to add some translation fails!
So

My suggested translation: Klipp-Paket
(This one wasn't even translated)
En: Override
S4S: Överskuggning
My suggested translation: Överskrid
(This was totally wrong, överskuggning means overshading)
En: Recolor
S4S: Färgvariant
My suggested translation: Omfärga/Omfärgning
(When a verb, it's "Omfärga" but when it's a noun its "omfärgning")
En: Swatch
S4S: Either delfärgsruta or not being translated
My suggested translation: Färgruta
I'll add more when I have time.

Hi. Great program you`ve made.
Im having lots of problems with the Norwegian translation.
I am trying to translate it myself through the "S4Studio.resources.dll" file in the "nb-NO" folder. But every time i save the file, it defaults to English in the "sims 4 studio"
and nothing in the Norwegian translation is visiable anymore.
I do not change the file format or anything like that upon saving, just use notepad and save...
My main issue, is that im organizing my CC and changing the categories/rooms i wish the objects to appear in... and there are several categories-options in sims 4 studio that dosent work, or is not possible to chose...
Like Stairs... not a choice for anywhere under Build to place stairs... and the arch and column options makes it so objects dont turn up in the game....
Thats just some of the things that are buggy... therefore i would like to chance the language file so that i can change the word "Column" with "Defective" so i dont use it and objects disappear...
Im running all the expansions of the sims 4 (not eco life).
