1280x1280 will not work for those with lower quality game settings. As inabadromance posted above, the texture dimensions MUST be in powers of 2 (2 n). For example: 2 8x2 9 = 256x512, 2 11x2 10 = 2048x1024. Resolution at this point is inconsequential aside from file size, it doesn't need to be that big.

You cannot delete the UV without deleting the mesh. If that is what you want to do you can simply press the delete key while your mouse cursor is in either the 3D window or the UV window.

I can tell you that each step is 0.25X0.25 (12 steps for short wall height). Walls and ceiling are 0.16 thick. The top of the wall starts at the whole number downward (3 - 0.16 = 2.84 for the short height). Walls are centered on whole numbers.

Quick answer: yes to both questions. However you will need Blender as an intermediary since S4S only recognizes Blender files for mesh import.

I was away for a long time after this was posted and wasn't able to write the tutorial for editing the footprint. The closest tutorial I can offer you at this time is HERE It describes how to get a visual representation of the footprint. I will help you if needed and I hope to get the tutorial written soon since I've returned. EDIT: If/When you need assistance please create a new thread. EDIT2: New tutorial is HERE it is a continuation of the first tutorial I linked.

The name of the bone should not have "aa" at the end. If you delete those two letters in the bone name it should be fine.
